【摘要】：尾礦庫中尾砂的沉積規(guī)律受顆粒級配、漿體濃度和排漿速度等因素的影響,其中排漿速度是影響尾礦沉積規(guī)律的主要因素之一。本文采用自行研制的水力分選粒度分析裝置,對阜新同乃鐵尾礦砂進行排漿速度分別為0.15cm/s、0.30cm/s、0.45cm/s的尾礦沉積模型試驗。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)通過單粒尾礦砂臨界狀態(tài)分析,得到了尾礦顆粒運動-沉積臨界速度關(guān)系和尾礦沉積判據(jù),并通過試驗驗證其正確性。(2)沉積灘坡度隨排漿速度的增加而減小,沉積池內(nèi)的沉積坡度幾乎不受排漿速度影響。(3)排漿速度越大,水平方向尾礦顆粒的分選性越好,以中值粒徑為0.040mm代表,三種流速對應(yīng)位置分別為61.4cm、70.8cm和76.7cm。
[Abstract]:The sedimentation law of tailings in tailings reservoir is affected by particle gradation, slurry concentration and slurry discharging rate, among which the rate of slurry drainage is one of the main factors affecting the deposition law of tailings. In this paper, a self-developed hydraulic separation granularity analysis device is used to test the sediment model of the tailings of Tonai iron tailings in Fuxin, with slurry discharge velocity of 0.15 cm / s 0.30 cm / s and 0.45 cm / s of iron tailings respectively. The results show that: (1) by analyzing the critical state of single tailings, the relationship between the movement of tailing particles and the critical velocity of sediment deposition and the criterion of tailings deposition are obtained, and the correctness of these criteria is verified by experiments. (2) the slope of sediment beach decreases with the increase of slurry discharge velocity. (3) the higher the slurry velocity, the better the separation of horizontal tailings particles, represented by the median particle size of 0.040mm, and the corresponding positions of the three velocities are 61.4 cm / 70.8 cm and 76.7 cm / cm respectively.
