濰坊市嵩山水庫除險加固設(shè)計方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:嵩山水庫位于臨朐縣西南方約25公里處,彌河的支流石河的上游。嵩山水庫是一座以防洪和灌溉為主,兼有養(yǎng)殖和發(fā)電等綜合利用的中型水庫,控制流域面積151平方公里。嵩山水庫主體工程始建于1966年10月,1970年1月竣工蓄水。水庫按照百年一遇洪水設(shè)計,相應(yīng)洪水位290.03米;三百年一遇洪水校核,最高洪水位290.98米,最大泄量1532m3/s。總庫容5628萬立方米;興利庫容4053萬立方米;死庫容533萬立方米。水庫總流域面積36.4平方公里,總庫容222萬立方米。本流域內(nèi)無國家基本雨量站、水文站。 水庫防洪保護(hù)下游臨朐、青州、壽光城區(qū)及沿河兩岸32萬人民生命財產(chǎn)安全,還保護(hù)著下游40公里處的膠濟(jì)鐵路、濟(jì)青高速公路等重要交通干線,以及上百家大中型企業(yè)、20余萬畝農(nóng)田的防洪安全,水庫地理位置非常重要。 本文通過搜集資料、現(xiàn)場調(diào)研、理論分析、實踐結(jié)合等方法,對嵩山水庫除險加固工程進(jìn)行水文計算;特別是對嵩山水庫大壩除險加固工程的各種方案進(jìn)行比較分析,從而得出最優(yōu)方案。 水庫除險加固工程的實施,不僅大大增加了水庫的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而且增強(qiáng)了水庫的調(diào)洪能力,減輕了洪水對下游造成的洪水災(zāi)害。本篇論文通過嵩山水庫除險加固工程設(shè)計經(jīng)驗的總結(jié),希望能為同類工程的設(shè)計提供一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The Songshan reservoir is located about 25 kilometers southwest of Linqu county and the upper reaches of the tributary of the river. The Songshan reservoir is a medium reservoir with a comprehensive utilization of flood control and irrigation, with a comprehensive utilization of aquaculture and electricity, which controls the area of 151 square kilometers. The reservoir flood protection and protection in the lower reaches of Linqu, Qingzhou, Shouguang urban area and the 320 thousand people on both sides of the river are safe and safe. It also protects the Jiaoji railway, the jinjiqing highway and other important traffic arteries, as well as the hundreds of large and medium-sized enterprises, and more than 20 million mu of farmland in flood control safety. The location of the reservoir is very important.
In this paper, through the collection of data, field investigation, theoretical analysis, practice and other methods, the hydrologic calculation of the Songshan reservoir reinforcement project is carried out, especially the various schemes for the dam removal and reinforcement project of the Songshan reservoir are compared and analyzed, thus the optimal scheme is obtained.
The implementation of the reservoir removal and reinforcement project not only greatly increases the economic benefit of the reservoir, but also strengthens the flood control capacity of the reservoir, reduces the flood disaster caused by the flood to the lower reaches. This paper, through the summary of the design experience of the Songshan reservoir reinforcement engineering, hopes to provide some reference value for the design of the same kind of project.
