壓力隧洞復(fù)合預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土襯砌修補(bǔ)加固防滲結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析及其施工工藝
[Abstract]:Composite prestressed concrete lining repair, reinforcement and seepage prevention scheme is to put a high performance fiber concrete thin layer on the original lining concrete, set thin steel plate in the middle of the new and old concrete, through the old concrete surface slotted, etc. A closed and hollow annular space is formed between the old concrete and the impervious layer. A numerical and distributed uniform compressive stress is applied to the newly cast thin-layer concrete by using the cement slurry through finite radial displacement, which makes the secondary lining concrete layer have a certain value of circumferential preloading stress. Through the analysis of the buckling failure of new lining concrete and the combined force of new and old concrete, it is shown that it is theoretically feasible to select the external prestress method to apply prestress to the new lining concrete layer for the large hole diameter. In this way, the internal water pressure can be shared, and the scheme has the function of reinforcing and strengthening prestressed concrete and compound seepage prevention. The advantages of this method are that it not only saves the prestressing tendons and achieves the effect of seepage prevention and reinforcement, but also has the advantages of simple construction and small loss of overwater section.
