寒冷地區(qū)壩內(nèi)墊層管運(yùn)行期溫度效應(yīng)及保溫措施研究
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of temperature change and heat preservation measures on the cracking condition of the outsourced concrete in the dam of the dam, based on the plastic damage model of concrete, the nonlinear finite element analysis of the cushion pipe in the dam of a hydropower station is carried out in consideration of the temperature effect during the operation period. The results show that the pipeline is laid by the laying of the cushion and the pipe coagulation under normal operating conditions. There is little damage to the soil, and there will be no macro cracks on the surface of the pipe, but the concrete damage at the top of the pipe is serious under the condition of temperature drop, and the concrete damage in the bottom of the pipe is more obvious at the temperature rise condition, and the stress of the reinforcement in the corresponding damage area is obviously increased; the laying of the insulation board of the dam surface can effectively reduce the temperature load taken by the structure and change the temperature load. The damage condition of good concrete can reduce the stress of steel bar, and with the increase of the thickness of the insulation board, the effect of the concrete is gradually obvious, but when it is increased to a certain degree, its effect tends to be stable. At the same time, considering the actual situation of investment and other engineering conditions, it is not suitable to increase the thickness of the insulation board too much, and the thickness of the thermal insulation board is controlled by the width of the crack.
