抽水蓄能機組雙機甩負荷試驗分析

【摘要】:抽水蓄能電站工況轉(zhuǎn)換頻繁,水力過渡過程關(guān)乎整個電站的安全運行和供電品質(zhì),一管雙機甩負荷是大波動水力過渡過程,對其進行試驗分析具有重要意義。為此,分析多個抽水蓄能電站一管雙機甩負荷試驗數(shù)據(jù),統(tǒng)計了轉(zhuǎn)速和蝸殼壓力上升率范圍,為以后制定相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和調(diào)節(jié)保證計算提供參考;并分析了某抽水蓄能電站一管雙機甩50%、75%、100%負荷的試驗結(jié)果,結(jié)果表明該電站轉(zhuǎn)速和蝸殼壓力上升率與其他統(tǒng)計電站相近,可為其他電站的類似試驗提供參考。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic transition process is related to the safe operation and power supply quality of the whole power station. The load rejection of one tube and two machines is a large fluctuating hydraulic transition process, and it is of great significance to test and analyze it. For this reason, the load rejection test data of one tube and two machines in several pumped storage power stations are analyzed, and the range of speed and volute pressure rise rate is counted, which provides a reference for the formulation of relevant standards and the calculation of regulation guarantee in the future. The test results of 100% load in a pumped storage power station are analyzed. The results show that the rotational speed and volute pressure rise rate of this power station are close to those of other statistical power stations, which can be used as reference for similar tests in other power stations.
