懸柵消力池內(nèi)水流沖刷過(guò)程中懸柵抗沖刷研究

【摘要】:懸柵布置在消力池內(nèi),提高消力池消能效果的同時(shí)又受水流的沖刷和破壞,為研究水流對(duì)懸柵的穩(wěn)定性影響情況,通過(guò)模型試驗(yàn)得到單、雙層懸柵較優(yōu)布置型式,并在較優(yōu)布置型式下進(jìn)行沖刷試驗(yàn),同時(shí)采用RNGk~ε雙方程紊流模型進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,對(duì)比驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,得到在單寬流量設(shè)計(jì)值q_0=21.43L/s所對(duì)應(yīng)的消力池內(nèi)單層懸柵較優(yōu)布置型式為柵條數(shù)為11根、柵距為5.5cm、柵高為10cm,第1根懸柵受水流沖刷嚴(yán)重,穩(wěn)定性影響較大;雙層懸柵較優(yōu)布置型式為柵條數(shù)為11根、柵距為12cm、層距為4cm,第1根懸柵和下層懸柵受水流沖刷嚴(yán)重,穩(wěn)定性影響較大,可以為懸柵的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提高依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of water flow on the stability of suspension grid, the optimal layout of single and double suspended grids is obtained by model test. The suspended grid is arranged in the stilling pool to improve the efficiency of energy dissipation and at the same time it is scoured and destroyed by the water flow. At the same time, the scour test is carried out under the better arrangement, and the numerical simulation is carried out by using RNGk- 蔚 turbulent model, and the test results are compared and verified. The results show that the optimal layout pattern of single-layer suspension grid in the stilling pool corresponding to the design value of single wide flow q_0=21.43L/s is that the number of grid bars is 11, the grid spacing is 5.5 cm, the gate height is 10 cm, and the first suspension grid is seriously washed away by the flow, and the stability is greatly affected. The optimum arrangement type of double-layer suspended grid is that the number of grid strips is 11, the grid spacing is 12 cm, and the layer spacing is 4 cm. The first suspension grid and the lower suspended grid are washed seriously by the current, and the stability is greatly affected, which can be used to improve the basis for the structural design of the suspended grid.
