【摘要】：通過對(duì)聯(lián)合國(guó)相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)推出的全球水目標(biāo)和我國(guó)政府發(fā)布的中國(guó)"水十條"的進(jìn)行比較分析,結(jié)果表明:全球水目標(biāo)以可持續(xù)發(fā)展為指導(dǎo)方針,大力整合了水事務(wù)不同層面的問題,對(duì)包括我國(guó)在內(nèi)的世界各國(guó)水事工作具有積極的指導(dǎo)作用;中國(guó)"水十條"以水污染防治為核心議題,結(jié)合我國(guó)水事務(wù)存在的各種挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)相關(guān)工作的深化作出戰(zhàn)略部署,是我國(guó)為國(guó)際社會(huì)全面實(shí)現(xiàn)全球水目標(biāo)做出的又一重大新貢獻(xiàn)。以全球水目標(biāo)為參照,中國(guó)"水十條"的推出和落實(shí)有助于進(jìn)一步完善我國(guó)水生態(tài)文明建設(shè)工作,提升我們履行相關(guān)國(guó)際責(zé)任的能力。
[Abstract]:Through a comparative analysis of the global water goals launched by the relevant United Nations agencies and the "Ten Water items" issued by the Chinese government, the results show that the global water goals are guided by sustainable development. It has made great efforts to integrate different aspects of water affairs and has played a positive role in guiding water affairs in all countries of the world, including China. China's "Ten articles of Water" have taken water pollution prevention as the core topic and combined with the challenges existing in our country's water affairs. To make a strategic plan for the deepening of related work is another important new contribution that our country has made to the international community to realize the global water target in an all-round way. Taking the global water target as a reference, the introduction and implementation of China's "Ten Water items" will help to further improve the construction of China's water ecological civilization and enhance our ability to fulfill our relevant international responsibilities.
