水閘工程健康服役性能評(píng)價(jià)方法研究

【摘要】:水利是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ),而水閘是重要的水工建筑物,作為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障,水閘在工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、供水、防洪、擋潮和排澇等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。然而,水閘在運(yùn)行過程中,由于各種不可抗因素的影響,水閘各組成部分都出現(xiàn)了破損和老化現(xiàn)象,嚴(yán)重影響了工程效益的發(fā)揮,甚至威脅下游人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn),并制約著國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此有必要開展水閘服役性能分析方法研究。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)研究了水閘混凝土耐久性影響。主要討論了碳化作用與碳化預(yù)測,海水侵蝕對混凝土影響,混凝土裂縫成因及危險(xiǎn)性。(2)提出了基于改進(jìn)模糊層次分析法、唯一參照物比較判斷法(G2法)以及離差最大化法的水閘風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子權(quán)重計(jì)算方法,研究了基于故障樹法的水閘綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模型,計(jì)算出了相應(yīng)指標(biāo)的失事概率,確定了水閘工程的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)。(3)對水閘加固期間的施工質(zhì)量保障方法包括混凝土的施工質(zhì)量、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)施工質(zhì)量,提出了改進(jìn)模糊層次分析法及水閘施工質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)多級(jí)施工質(zhì)量模糊評(píng)價(jià)法,并對江蘇.某水閘加固工程進(jìn)行施工質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。(4)對水閘服役性能提升措施進(jìn)行分析,研究了水閘提升措施的適用性。利用序關(guān)系法及變異系數(shù)法對性能提升措施多指標(biāo)進(jìn)行主客觀賦權(quán),并用博弈論進(jìn)行融合,得出更為合理的權(quán)重。建立了水閘服役性能提升評(píng)價(jià)物元可拓模型,確定工程加固最優(yōu)方案。利用故障樹法將加固后的水閘進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,由此確定水閘加固措施的有效性。(5)基于面向?qū)ο蟪绦蛟O(shè)計(jì)思想,采用Visual Basic進(jìn)行水閘工程健康服役決策系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),建立一套界面友好親切、使用簡捷方便、計(jì)算結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠的軟件,為水閘工程服役性能風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)提供了一個(gè)行之有效的計(jì)算工具。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy is the foundation of national economy, and sluice is an important hydraulic structure. As an important guarantee of sustainable development of economy and society, sluice plays an important role in industrial and agricultural production, water supply, flood control, tide proof and drainage. However, during the operation of the sluice, due to the influence of various irresistible factors, all the components of the sluice appear the phenomenon of breakage and aging, which seriously affect the exertion of the engineering benefit and even threaten the lives and property of the downstream people. And restrict the development of national economy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the performance analysis method of sluice. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the durability of sluice concrete is studied. The carbonation and prediction of carbonation, the influence of seawater erosion on concrete, the causes of concrete cracks and the risk are discussed. (2) based on the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), The unique reference comparison method (G2 method) and the maximum deviation method are used to calculate the weight of sluice risk factors. The comprehensive risk analysis model of sluice based on fault tree method is studied, and the probability of failure of the corresponding indexes is calculated. The risk grade of sluice engineering is determined. (3) the methods of ensuring the construction quality of sluice during the reinforcement period include the construction quality of concrete and the construction quality of metal structure. An improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and a multistage fuzzy evaluation method for construction quality of sluice are put forward. The construction quality of a sluice reinforcement project is evaluated. (4) the measures to improve the service performance of the sluice are analyzed and the applicability of the hoisting measures is studied. The order relation method and coefficient of variation method are used to give subjective and objective weight to the multiple indexes of performance improvement measures, and the game theory is used to fuse to obtain more reasonable weights. A matter-element extension model for evaluating the service performance of sluice is established to determine the optimal scheme of engineering reinforcement. The method of fault tree is used to evaluate the risk of the reinforced sluice, and the effectiveness of the reinforcement measures is determined. (5) based on the object-oriented programming idea, Visual basic is used to develop the health service decision system of sluice engineering. A set of software with friendly interface, simple and convenient use, accurate and reliable calculation results is established, which provides an effective calculation tool for the risk evaluation of sluice engineering service performance.
