【摘要】：安谷水電站機(jī)組是超大型軸流轉(zhuǎn)槳式水輪發(fā)電機(jī)組,定子機(jī)座散裝運(yùn)輸?shù)綀?chǎng),機(jī)座安裝采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)焊接方式。為克服機(jī)座尺寸大、質(zhì)量重、當(dāng)?shù)販夭畲蟮榷ㄗ影惭b精度的不利影響,介紹了定子機(jī)座焊接組裝、定位筋安裝調(diào)整、鐵芯疊片和鐵損試驗(yàn)等關(guān)鍵工序,并通過(guò)分析機(jī)組定子安裝工藝和實(shí)踐總結(jié),優(yōu)化了施工工序。實(shí)踐證明定子組裝質(zhì)量得到嚴(yán)格控制,各項(xiàng)控制指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),其安裝工藝對(duì)同類(lèi)型機(jī)組定子安裝具有指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Angu Hydropower Station unit is a super large shaft flow propeller type hydrogenerator unit, the stator seat is transported in bulk, and the installation of the base adopts the spot welding method. In order to overcome the adverse effects of large size, heavy weight and large local temperature difference on stator installation accuracy, the key processes such as stator seat welding assembly, positioning reinforcement installation and adjustment, iron core lamination and iron loss test are introduced. The construction procedure is optimized by analyzing the installation technology and practice of the stator. The practice proves that the quality of stator assembly is strictly controlled and all the control indexes meet the standard. The installation technology of stator assembly is of guiding significance for the stator installation of the same type of units.
