大型絞吸挖泥船挖巖絞刀切削數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:針對(duì)絞刀切削巖石的特點(diǎn),建立了考慮步進(jìn)距離和切層厚度的絞刀受力模型,然后分別建立5 000 kW絞刀物理模型和有限元模型。分析了在反刀切削巖石時(shí)絞刀的受力情況,絞刀在最大功率時(shí)的應(yīng)力和變形。計(jì)算表明,5 000 kW絞刀在設(shè)計(jì)工況下,最大變形為1.84 mm,最大應(yīng)力為140.5 MPa,分別滿足剛度要求和強(qiáng)度要求,驗(yàn)證了絞刀設(shè)計(jì)的合理性。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of cutter cutting rock, the force model of cutter considering step distance and thickness of cutting layer is established, and then the physical model and finite element model of 5 000 kW cutter are established respectively. The stress and deformation of the cutter at maximum power are analyzed. The results show that the maximum deformation is 1.84 mm and the maximum stress is 140.5 MPA under the design condition, which meets the requirements of stiffness and strength respectively, and verifies the rationality of the design of the cutter.
