【摘要】：正新修訂的《大連市水資源管理?xiàng)l例》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"條例")經(jīng)2017年8月30日大連市第十五屆人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第三十五次會(huì)議表決通過(guò),日遼寧省2017年9月28第十二屆人民代表大會(huì)常務(wù)委員會(huì)第三十六次會(huì)議批準(zhǔn),將于2018年1月1日起實(shí)施。新"條例"共六章三十七條,從水資源規(guī)劃和開(kāi)發(fā)利用、水資源保護(hù)、取水管理、法律責(zé)任等方面對(duì)我市水資源管理進(jìn)行了規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:The newly amended Dalian Municipal regulations on Water Resources Management (hereinafter referred to as "the regulations") were adopted by voting at the 35th meeting of the standing Committee of the 15th Dalian Municipal people's Congress on August 30, 2017. On September 28, 2017, Liaoning Province approved at the 36th meeting of the standing Committee of the Twelfth people's Congress, which will take effect on January 1, 2018. There are 37 articles in six chapters of the new regulations, which standardize the management of water resources in our city from the aspects of water resources planning and utilization, water resources protection, water intake management, legal responsibility, and so on.
