水錘激勵(lì)下黏彈性輸流直管軸向振動(dòng)響應(yīng)特性

【摘要】:針對(duì)水箱-管道-閥門系統(tǒng),基于考慮了管壁黏滯作用的輸流直管軸向振動(dòng)流固耦合四方程模型,利用有限差分法和隱式歐拉法,配合牛頓-拉夫遜方法,研究彈性和黏彈性管道在水錘激勵(lì)下的軸向耦合振動(dòng)響應(yīng)特性,對(duì)比分析了泊松耦合和連接耦合對(duì)管道振動(dòng)響應(yīng)特性的影響,并與前人的數(shù)值結(jié)果和實(shí)驗(yàn)成果對(duì)比,吻合良好。結(jié)果表明:兩種耦合作用對(duì)管道軸向振動(dòng)影響不容忽視;只考慮泊松耦合時(shí),管內(nèi)脈動(dòng)壓力水頭增大明顯,振動(dòng)加快;同時(shí)考慮泊松耦合和連接耦合時(shí),振動(dòng)更加復(fù)雜,壓力水頭響應(yīng)曲線更加不規(guī)則;黏彈性管道與彈性管道軸向振動(dòng)響應(yīng)特性差別明顯,黏彈性管道脈動(dòng)壓力水頭會(huì)隨時(shí)間迅速衰減,且相位較彈性管道延遲,而彈性管道脈動(dòng)壓力水頭無衰減趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the water tank pipe valve system, based on the four equation model of fluid solid coupling in the axial vibration of a flow direct pipe, the finite difference method and the implicit Euler method are used to study the axial coupled vibration response characteristics of the elastic and viscoelastic pipes under the water hammer excitation, and the Poisson coupling is compared and analyzed. The effects of coupling and coupling on the vibration response characteristics of the pipeline are compared with the previous numerical results and experimental results. The results show that the effect of the two coupling effects on the axial vibration of the pipe can not be ignored. When the Poisson coupling is only considered, the vibration of the pressure water head in the tube is accelerated, and the Poisson coupling and connection coupling are considered at the same time. When the vibration is more complex and the response curve of the pressure head is more irregular, the response characteristic of the axial vibration of the viscoelastic pipe and the elastic pipe is distinctly different. The pressure water head of the viscoelastic pipe will decay rapidly with the time, and the phase is delayed more than the elastic pipe, and the pressure water head of the elastic pipe has no attenuation trend.
