【摘要】:2016年汛期長(zhǎng)江發(fā)生大洪水,長(zhǎng)江中游韋源口河段左岸黃岡長(zhǎng)江干堤茅山堤團(tuán)林段發(fā)生崩岸險(xiǎn)情,經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)緊急搶險(xiǎn),情況得到有效控制。對(duì)險(xiǎn)情發(fā)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析,介紹了具體的搶險(xiǎn)措施,并就此次險(xiǎn)情的后續(xù)整治和韋源口其他相關(guān)河段河道治理措施進(jìn)行了研究。針對(duì)茅山堤團(tuán)林段的河勢(shì)情況,提出了今后該河段治理時(shí),應(yīng)開展水文、水下地形測(cè)驗(yàn),對(duì)岸坡的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),必要時(shí)對(duì)險(xiǎn)情段拋石加固和對(duì)上、下游受回流影響段進(jìn)行新護(hù),適當(dāng)平整險(xiǎn)情附近段岸線,嚴(yán)禁崩岸附近河段非法采砂;對(duì)其他河段現(xiàn)有護(hù)岸工程進(jìn)行加固和延護(hù),穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)有河勢(shì)和主流位置,整治牯牛沙水道,改善航道條件等治理措施。其成果可供規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)單位或管理部門參考。
[Abstract]:During the flood season in 2016, the Yangtze River was flooded and the bank collapse danger occurred in the left bank of the Weiyuankou reach in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. After emergency rescue on the spot, the situation was brought under effective control. This paper analyzes the causes of the danger situation, introduces the concrete emergency measures, and studies the follow-up treatment of the danger situation and other relevant river channel control measures in Wei Yuankou. In view of the river regime of Maoshan dike forest section, it is put forward that in the future, hydrology and underwater topographic test should be carried out, the stability of bank slope should be evaluated, and if necessary, the dangerous section should be strengthened and leveled. The downstream section affected by the backflow shall be protected by new measures, the shoreline of the section near the danger situation shall be properly leveled, illegal sand mining in the section near the bank will be strictly prohibited, and existing revetment works in other river sections will be strengthened and extended to stabilize the existing river regime and mainstream position, and renovate the Guliusha waterway. Improve waterway conditions and other management measures. The results can be used for reference by planning and design units or management departments.
