大渡河干流水電開發(fā)中魚類保護對策及建議

【摘要】:基于大渡河干流梯級環(huán)境影響報告書、魚類棲息地保護規(guī)劃等資料,系統(tǒng)地梳理了不同時期主要梯級水電站建設(shè)采取的主要魚類保護措施,并結(jié)合流域魚類、珍稀保護魚類分布格局,從流域水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)整體保護角度出發(fā),分析了干流梯級水電站魚類保護措施存在的主要不足,提出了需要優(yōu)化水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護措施、統(tǒng)籌考慮魚類增殖放流的種類和規(guī)模及建立流域?qū)用嫠鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)保護模式等對策和建議。本研究對于促進流域水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護具有重要的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the cascade environmental impact statement and fish habitat protection planning of the Dadu River, the main fish conservation measures adopted in the construction of the main cascade hydropower stations in different periods are systematically combed, and combined with the fish in the basin. In view of the distribution pattern of rare and rare protected fish, from the point of view of the whole protection of the basin water ecosystem, this paper analyzes the main shortcomings of the fish protection measures of the cascade hydropower stations in the main stream, and puts forward the measures to optimize the water ecosystem protection. Considering the species and scale of fish proliferating and releasing as well as establishing water ecosystem protection model in river basin and so on. This study has important reference function for promoting watershed water ecosystem protection.
