大渡河干流水電開發(fā)中魚類保護(hù)對(duì)策及建議

【摘要】:基于大渡河干流梯級(jí)環(huán)境影響報(bào)告書、魚類棲息地保護(hù)規(guī)劃等資料,系統(tǒng)地梳理了不同時(shí)期主要梯級(jí)水電站建設(shè)采取的主要魚類保護(hù)措施,并結(jié)合流域魚類、珍稀保護(hù)魚類分布格局,從流域水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)整體保護(hù)角度出發(fā),分析了干流梯級(jí)水電站魚類保護(hù)措施存在的主要不足,提出了需要優(yōu)化水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)措施、統(tǒng)籌考慮魚類增殖放流的種類和規(guī)模及建立流域?qū)用嫠鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)模式等對(duì)策和建議。本研究對(duì)于促進(jìn)流域水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)保護(hù)具有重要的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the cascade environmental impact statement and fish habitat protection planning of the Dadu River, the main fish conservation measures adopted in the construction of the main cascade hydropower stations in different periods are systematically combed, and combined with the fish in the basin. In view of the distribution pattern of rare and rare protected fish, from the point of view of the whole protection of the basin water ecosystem, this paper analyzes the main shortcomings of the fish protection measures of the cascade hydropower stations in the main stream, and puts forward the measures to optimize the water ecosystem protection. Considering the species and scale of fish proliferating and releasing as well as establishing water ecosystem protection model in river basin and so on. This study has important reference function for promoting watershed water ecosystem protection.
