引漢濟渭嶺南TBM工程二長花崗巖地層滾刀磨損研究

【摘要】:針對秦嶺二長花崗巖條件下TBM滾刀消耗嚴重的問題,依托引漢濟渭嶺南TBM工程,通過對現(xiàn)場巖樣和刀圈材料開展室內(nèi)試驗,明確巖石的磨蝕性能和刀圈的耐磨性能指標,發(fā)現(xiàn)巖石的磨蝕性由其抗壓強度與礦物成分共同決定,刀圈的耐磨性主要取決于材料的成分及組織。通過對前2 000 m試掘進段刀具使用情況和磨損數(shù)據(jù)的分析,掌握各個刀位的磨損規(guī)律:1)正滾刀的累計磨損量隨滾刀安裝半徑的增加近似呈線性增長;邊滾刀中處于過渡區(qū)域的滾刀累計磨損量最大,兩側(cè)逐漸減小。2)與滾動距離磨損速率相比,破巖體積磨損速率更能準確衡量滾刀磨損的快慢程度。3)重復(fù)磨損對邊滾刀磨損影響較大,而通過在邊緣區(qū)域增加滾刀數(shù)量來提高耐磨性的方法可以起到一定作用,但不能從根本上解決問題。
[Abstract]:In view of the serious consumption of TBM hob under the condition of Qinling monzogranite, relying on the TBM project in the south of Jiwei, through the laboratory test of rock samples and cutter ring materials in the field, the wear resistance of rock and the wear resistance index of the cutter ring are determined. It is found that the abrasion resistance of rock is determined by its compressive strength and mineral composition, and the wear resistance of the knife rim is mainly determined by the composition and microstructure of the material. Based on the analysis of the tool usage and wear data of the first 2 000 m trial driving section, the wear law of each tool position is mastered: 1) the cumulative wear amount of the normal hob increases approximately linearly with the increase of the hob installation radius. In the edge hob, the cumulative wear of the hob in the transition region is the largest, and the two sides gradually decrease by .2) compared with the wear rate of the rolling distance, The wear rate of rock breaking volume can more accurately measure the speed and slowness of hob wear. 3) repeated wear has a great effect on edge hob wear. However, the method of increasing the number of hobs in the edge region to improve the wear resistance can play a certain role. However, the problem cannot be solved fundamentally.
