【摘要】:張河灣抽水蓄能電站機(jī)組投入運(yùn)行以來,一直存在強(qiáng)烈的振動(dòng)和噪聲,影響設(shè)備安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。張河灣公司邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)專家赴現(xiàn)場(chǎng)體驗(yàn)和調(diào)查,參與調(diào)查的專家認(rèn)為張河灣抽水蓄能電站廠房振動(dòng)、噪聲強(qiáng)烈程度比較少見,,劇烈的振動(dòng)不僅對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)有一定的破壞作用,而且可能會(huì)影響儀器設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行、導(dǎo)致設(shè)備損壞和錯(cuò)誤動(dòng)作,對(duì)設(shè)備安全存在很大的隱患,尤其當(dāng)某個(gè)部件或整體的自振頻率接近振源頻率而發(fā)生共振時(shí),影響將十分嚴(yán)重,而振動(dòng)還會(huì)產(chǎn)生噪音,從而更加惡化廠內(nèi)工作環(huán)境。因此,需要找到盡快采取減振降噪措施,盡量防止廠房在運(yùn)行中的振動(dòng)和產(chǎn)出噪音,將損失減小到最小。 本文對(duì)選題的背景和意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)闡述和深入的研究,介紹和闡述了張河灣抽水蓄能電站的基本概況、水電站減振降噪相關(guān)的理論;然后詳細(xì)介紹了中國(guó)水利水電科學(xué)研究院、河海大學(xué)與武漢大學(xué)的各自的減振降噪模型和測(cè)試計(jì)算結(jié)果,并對(duì)三者結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。最后,在上述工作的基礎(chǔ)之上,提出了通過構(gòu)建張河灣抽水蓄能電站項(xiàng)目綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并結(jié)合運(yùn)用模糊綜合層次分析法對(duì)三家單位的項(xiàng)目方案進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),并根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,得出中國(guó)水利水電科學(xué)研究院的電站減振降噪項(xiàng)目方案最合適的結(jié)論,并根據(jù)選出方案的研究結(jié)果,有針對(duì)性的提出了張河灣抽水蓄能電站的減振降噪措施。
[Abstract]:Since the unit of Zhanghewan pumped storage power station was put into operation, there has always been strong vibration and noise, which affects the safe and stable operation of the equipment. Zhanghewan Company invited relevant domestic experts to go to the site to experience and investigate. The experts involved in the investigation believe that the vibration of Zhanghewan pumped storage power station powerhouse is rare, the intensity of noise is relatively rare, and the violent vibration not only has a certain destructive effect on the structure, Moreover, it may affect the normal operation of the instrument and equipment, and lead to the damage and wrong operation of the equipment. There is a great hidden danger to the safety of the equipment, especially when the natural vibration frequency of a component or whole is close to the vibration source frequency and resonance occurs. The effects will be severe and the vibration will produce noise, thus worsening the working environment in the plant. Therefore, it is necessary to find out measures to reduce vibration and noise as soon as possible, to prevent the vibration and output noise in the operation of the plant as far as possible, and to minimize the loss. In this paper, the background and significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad are systematically described and deeply studied. The basic situation of Zhanghewan Pumped-storage Power Station and the theory of reducing vibration and noise of hydropower station are introduced and expounded. Then, the vibration and noise reduction models and test results of China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Sciences, Hehai University and Wuhan University are introduced in detail, and the results are compared and analyzed. Finally, on the basis of the above work, a comprehensive evaluation index system of Zhanghewan pumped storage power station project is put forward, and the project scheme of three units is evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive analytic hierarchy process. According to the evaluation results, the most appropriate conclusion of the project of reducing vibration and noise of the hydropower station of China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Research is obtained, and according to the research results of the selected scheme, the measures of reducing vibration and noise of Zhanghewan pumped storage power station are put forward.
