U型結(jié)構(gòu)中的水體振蕩特性

【摘要】:采用FLUENT軟件并選用VOF模型(Volume of Fluid model)對(duì)U形結(jié)構(gòu)的水體振蕩進(jìn)行二維數(shù)值模擬,首先采用吳持恭推導(dǎo)的U形管中水體振蕩周期公式驗(yàn)證采用數(shù)值模擬得到的結(jié)果可靠。然后研究U形結(jié)構(gòu)的振蕩特性,上下游橫截面積對(duì)振蕩周期、振蕩幅度的衰減及振蕩過(guò)程中水流流態(tài)的影響。結(jié)果表明:增大U形結(jié)構(gòu)上游或者下游橫截面積會(huì)增大水體振蕩周期,特別是同時(shí)增大上游與下游橫截面積,效果更加顯著;當(dāng)中間有壓管道的長(zhǎng)度增加到一定程度以后,增加橫截面積對(duì)周期造成的影響趨于一致,可以擬合出相應(yīng)的公式;增加橫截面積,特別是同時(shí)增加上下游橫截面積造成水體中產(chǎn)生較大的水流漩渦,增大局部水頭損失,能顯著加快水體振蕩的衰減。
[Abstract]:Using fluent software and VOF model volume of fluid model, the 2-D numerical simulation of water oscillation with U-shaped structure is carried out. Firstly, the numerical simulation results are verified by using the formula of water oscillation period in U-shaped tube derived by Wu Canggong. Then, the oscillation characteristics of U-shaped structure, the influence of upstream and downstream cross section area on the oscillation period, the attenuation of oscillation amplitude and the water flow state in the oscillation process are studied. The results show that increasing the upstream or downstream cross-sectional area of U-shaped structure will increase the period of water oscillation, especially the cross-sectional area of upstream and downstream, the effect is more remarkable, when the length of the intermediate pressure pipeline increases to a certain extent, The effect of increasing cross-sectional area on the period tends to be consistent, and the corresponding formula can be fitted, and the increase of cross-sectional area, especially the increase of cross-sectional area of upper and lower reaches at the same time, will result in a large swirl of water flow and increase the loss of local water head. It can significantly accelerate the attenuation of water oscillation.
