基于改進(jìn)遺傳算法的水庫群水質(zhì)水量優(yōu)化調(diào)度研究

【摘要】:研究水庫群水質(zhì)水量優(yōu)化調(diào)度。根據(jù)水庫群水質(zhì)水量調(diào)度特點(diǎn),建立多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型。針對水庫群水質(zhì)水量優(yōu)化調(diào)度模型求解的復(fù)雜問題,提出了利用部分非可行解域來對模型進(jìn)行分步優(yōu)化的改進(jìn)遺傳算法,并探討了主要參數(shù)對優(yōu)化結(jié)果的影響。該算法成功應(yīng)用于洪汝河流域的水質(zhì)水量優(yōu)化調(diào)度中。與傳統(tǒng)遺傳算法比較表明:改進(jìn)算法的調(diào)度結(jié)果更優(yōu),計算效率及收斂性能更高,在水庫群水質(zhì)水量優(yōu)化調(diào)度中具有高效性和實用性。
[Abstract]:The optimal operation of water quality and quantity of reservoirs is studied. According to the characteristics of water quality and quantity regulation of reservoirs, a multi-objective optimal operation model is established. In view of the complex problem of solving the optimal model of water quality and quantity of reservoirs, an improved genetic algorithm based on partial infeasible solution domain is proposed to optimize the model step by step, and the influence of main parameters on the optimization results is discussed. The algorithm has been successfully applied to the optimal regulation of water quality and quantity in the Honghu River Basin. Compared with the traditional genetic algorithm, the improved algorithm is more efficient and practical in the optimization of water quality and quantity of reservoirs.
