沿岸流實驗水流循環(huán)裝置研究

【摘要】:沿岸流是比較重要的近岸水動力因素之一,對近岸泥沙輸移運(yùn)動、污染物擴(kuò)散等問題有重要影響。目前沿岸流室內(nèi)物理模型試驗開展的最大困難在于水體循環(huán)的處理。本研究針對大連理工大學(xué)海岸及近海工程國家重點(diǎn)實驗室的實驗條件,提出和設(shè)計了一個結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易于安裝拆卸的主動式沿岸流實驗水流循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。主要做了以下幾個方面的工作: (1)分析荷蘭代爾夫特理工大學(xué)和美國陸軍工程研究開發(fā)中心海岸水動力實驗室的沿岸流實驗裝置。兩者優(yōu)點(diǎn)是采用了主動水體循環(huán)系統(tǒng),即水泵驅(qū)動下,水體通過管道從下游循環(huán)到上游。該循環(huán)方法的采用對實驗效果有較大的提高,對比被動循環(huán)系統(tǒng),沿岸流沿岸均勻性有明顯的改善。分析大連理工大學(xué)海岸和近海工程國家重點(diǎn)實驗室進(jìn)行的沿岸流模擬實驗,其采取的是被動水體循環(huán)方法,即沒有外力驅(qū)動水體流動,任其自由從下游流回到上游。該循環(huán)方法所產(chǎn)生的沿岸流不能在整個海岸模型上形成均勻沿岸流,只在地形中間部分有較為均勻的沿岸流。 (2)提出和設(shè)計了一個結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易于安裝拆卸的主動式沿岸流實驗水流循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。該實驗裝置使用的循環(huán)方法屬于主動循環(huán)方法,在裝置的作用下,水體以設(shè)定的流量分布形式流出,形成多種生流器流速剖面類型。利用6個生流器的組合對目標(biāo)沿岸流流量分布進(jìn)行擬合。保證在沿岸流模擬實驗中,產(chǎn)生適合沿岸流量分布的供流量,從而改善沿岸流在整個海岸沿岸方向的分布均勻性。 (3)根據(jù)沿岸流實驗布置設(shè)計了整體生流裝置。整體生流器流量分布可根據(jù)實驗需要的目標(biāo)沿岸流確定,并通過水流循環(huán)系統(tǒng)將生流器與回流器連接,形成由下游返回上游的水流循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。給出了生流器現(xiàn)場安裝布置結(jié)構(gòu)圖及控制器操控和連接方式。
[Abstract]:Coastal current is one of the most important hydrodynamic factors, which has an important effect on sediment transport and pollutant diffusion. At present, the biggest difficulty of indoor physical model test of coastal current is the treatment of water circulation. In view of the experimental conditions of the State key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering of Dalian University of Technology, a simple and easy to install and disassemble active coastal current experimental water circulation system is proposed and designed. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the coastal current experimental devices of Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and the Coastal Hydropower Laboratory of the American Army Engineering Research and Development Center are analyzed. The advantage of both is that the active water circulation system is adopted, that is, the water body circulates from the downstream to the upstream through the pipe driven by the water pump. Compared with the passive circulation system, the riparian uniformity of the riparian current is obviously improved. This paper analyzes the coastal current simulation experiments carried out by the State key Laboratory of Coastal and Offshore Engineering of Dalian University of Science and Technology. The method of passive water circulation is adopted, that is, no external force drives the water body to flow freely from the downstream to the upstream. The coasts produced by this cycle method can not form uniform coastal currents on the whole coastal model, but only in the middle of the topography. A simple structure is proposed and designed. Easy to install and disassemble active coastal flow experimental flow cycle system. The circulation method used in this experiment belongs to the active circulation method. Under the action of the device, the water flows out in the form of a set flow rate distribution, forming a variety of flow generator flow profile types. The flow distribution of the target coastal current is fitted by the combination of six current generators. In order to improve the uniformity of the distribution of the coastal current along the whole coast, the supply flow suitable for the distribution of the coastal current is produced in the coastal current simulation experiment. 3) according to the arrangement of the littoral current experiment, the overall current generating device is designed. The flow distribution of the whole flow generator can be determined according to the target coastal current required by the experiment, and the flow generator is connected with the reflux through the flow cycle system to form the flow cycle system which returns from the downstream to the upstream. The structure diagram of the field installation and layout of the flow generator and the control and connection mode of the controller are given.
