大中型沖擊式水輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)輪修補(bǔ)技術(shù)的探究

【摘要】:冶勒電站沖擊式水輪機(jī)組單機(jī)120MW,由法國(guó)阿爾斯通生產(chǎn),運(yùn)行時(shí)間已近9年,轉(zhuǎn)輪水斗分水刃兩側(cè)出現(xiàn)輕微空蝕情況。本文采用數(shù)字?jǐn)z影測(cè)量技術(shù),對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)輪進(jìn)行快速數(shù)字化測(cè)量,并運(yùn)用空間逆向工程技術(shù),創(chuàng)建轉(zhuǎn)輪的三維數(shù)字模型,將所得出的轉(zhuǎn)輪數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用到轉(zhuǎn)輪的修復(fù)中,促進(jìn)轉(zhuǎn)輪修復(fù)技術(shù)的發(fā)展。通過(guò)對(duì)冶勒沖擊式轉(zhuǎn)輪修補(bǔ)工藝流程的介紹,結(jié)合實(shí)際提出一些沖擊式轉(zhuǎn)輪的修補(bǔ)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。新修復(fù)的轉(zhuǎn)輪經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)發(fā)電高峰期(6個(gè)月),機(jī)組運(yùn)行情況良好,各工況下機(jī)組各部溫度、振擺數(shù)據(jù)正常,修補(bǔ)部位未出現(xiàn)擴(kuò)散情況,在一個(gè)檢修周期內(nèi)能夠滿(mǎn)足機(jī)組的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。這些為以后沖擊式轉(zhuǎn)輪的修補(bǔ)工作提供一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:The single 120MW hydraulic turbine unit of Yele Hydropower Station was produced by Alstom, France. The running time has been nearly 9 years, and there is slight cavitation erosion on both sides of the runner bucket water dividing edge. In this paper, the digital photogrammetry technology is used to measure the runner quickly, and the 3D digital model of the runner is created by using the spatial reverse engineering technology. The obtained data of the runner is applied to the repair of the runner. Promote the development of wheel repair technology. This paper introduces the repairing process of impact runner and puts forward some experiences of repairing impact runner. The newly repaired runner goes through a peak period of power generation (6 months), the unit is in good condition, the unit temperature and vibration data are normal under various working conditions, and no diffusion occurs in the repair site. In a maintenance cycle can meet the safety and stability of the unit operation. These provide some experience for the repair of impinging runner in the future.
