水電站廠房結(jié)構(gòu)自振特性與止水優(yōu)化分析

【摘要】:水電站地面式廠房發(fā)電機(jī)層以上的墻柱通常是受振動(dòng)影響最大的部位,為了研究廠房上部結(jié)構(gòu)的連接方式和止水布置位置對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特性的影響,以某電站廠房為例,采用ANSYS軟件,建立廠房上部的墻柱結(jié)構(gòu)有剛度較大的鋼架連接和無(wú)鋼架連接2種模型,分析其對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)自振的影響;谠O(shè)計(jì)推薦方案,研究止水結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)廠房受力特性的影響,分別在2個(gè)具有代表性的工況下進(jìn)行論證分析。計(jì)算成果表明:將廠房上部結(jié)構(gòu)用鋼架連接成整體后,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的振動(dòng)特性影響總體有利,但改善幅度不明顯;止水位置對(duì)蝸殼部位的受力特性影響較為顯著。上述研究成果可為水電站廠房的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與止水受力優(yōu)化提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of the connection mode of the superstructure and the position of the water stop arrangement on the mechanical characteristics of the structure, the wall column above the generator floor of the ground type powerhouse of a hydropower station is usually the most affected by vibration. By using ANSYS software, two kinds of models of steel frame connection and non-steel frame connection are established for the wall column structure in the upper part of the factory building, and the influence on the natural vibration of the structure is analyzed. Based on the design recommendation scheme, the influence of the watertight structure on the mechanical characteristics of the powerhouse is studied, and the analysis is carried out under two typical working conditions. The results show that when the superstructure of the powerhouse is connected into a whole with steel frame, the effect on the vibration characteristics of the structure is generally favorable, but the improvement range is not obvious, and the effect of the water stop position on the stress characteristics of the volute is more significant. The above research results can provide a useful reference for the structural design of hydropower plant and the optimization of watertight force.
