【摘要】：隨著電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在電廠監(jiān)控中的廣泛應(yīng)用,電廠運(yùn)行與控制的自動(dòng)化程度也越來(lái)越高,建立安全、有效、實(shí)用、專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的電廠仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)不僅成為目前電廠運(yùn)行人員培訓(xùn)、考核的重要手段以及現(xiàn)代化管理的一個(gè)必要內(nèi)容,也成為高校進(jìn)行崗前培訓(xùn)、模塊化教學(xué)的有效手段。 本文以西津水電廠為主要仿真原型,結(jié)合水電廠運(yùn)行及監(jiān)控的培訓(xùn)要求,深入論述了水電廠仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)過程。系統(tǒng)開發(fā)包括了水電廠仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的模式選擇、硬件系統(tǒng)、軟件環(huán)境、支撐系統(tǒng)的原理及功能、水輪機(jī)及發(fā)電機(jī)等主要設(shè)備的數(shù)學(xué)模型及實(shí)現(xiàn)、仿真機(jī)模型的圖形及界面的實(shí)現(xiàn)、教師機(jī)與學(xué)員機(jī)的通信方式、常見的異常現(xiàn)象、事故及處理等方面的內(nèi)容。對(duì)電廠的電氣系統(tǒng)、輔助油水風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、保護(hù)部分等進(jìn)行了全方位的模擬和仿真。實(shí)現(xiàn)了培訓(xùn)過程的生動(dòng)、形象,便于理解,對(duì)提高培訓(xùn)對(duì)象的運(yùn)行水平、故障處理能力,確保電廠運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定、安全、可靠及提高工作效率起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of power system scale and the wide application of computer technology in power plant monitoring, the automation degree of power plant operation and control is becoming higher and higher. The power plant simulation training system with strong specialization has become not only an important means of training and assessment of power plant operators, but also a necessary content of modern management, and also an effective means of pre-job training and modular teaching in colleges and universities. In this paper, Xijin Hydropower Plant is the main simulation prototype, combined with the training requirements of hydropower plant operation and monitoring, the overall design and development process of hydropower plant simulation training system is discussed in depth. The system development includes the mode selection, hardware system, software environment, principle and function of supporting system, mathematical model and realization of main equipment such as turbine and generator, etc. The realization of the graphic and interface of the simulation machine model, the communication mode between the teacher's computer and the student's computer, the common abnormal phenomenon, the accident and the handling, etc. The electric system, auxiliary oil and water air system and protection part of power plant are simulated and simulated. The training process is vivid, vivid and easy to understand. It plays an important role in improving the operation level of the training object, the ability of fault handling, and ensuring the stability, safety, reliability and efficiency of the power plant operation.
