【摘要】：研究了低熱、中熱硅酸鹽水泥對導(dǎo)流洞混凝土的工作性能、強(qiáng)度、干縮、自生體積變形、內(nèi)部溫度等性能的影響,結(jié)果表明:與中熱硅酸鹽水泥混凝土相比,低熱硅酸鹽水泥混凝土前期強(qiáng)度較低,后期強(qiáng)度增長較快,90 d兩者強(qiáng)度基本相同;同一齡期下,低熱硅酸鹽水泥混凝土干縮、自生體積變形和內(nèi)部溫度均較低。通過對導(dǎo)流洞混凝土性能的抽檢,證明導(dǎo)流洞中應(yīng)用低熱硅酸鹽水泥不僅混凝土強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、抗凍性能、抗?jié)B性能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,而且對導(dǎo)流洞裂紋控制也有很大的改善作用。
[Abstract]:The effects of low-heat and medium-heat Portland cement on the performance, strength, dry shrinkage, autogenous volume deformation and internal temperature of concrete in diversion tunnel are studied. The results show that: compared with medium-hot Portland cement concrete, The early strength of low thermal Portland cement concrete is lower, and the later strength increases faster than 90 days. At the same age, the dry shrinkage, autogenous volume deformation and internal temperature of low thermal Portland cement concrete are lower. Through the sampling test of concrete performance of diversion tunnel, it is proved that the application of low-heat Portland cement in diversion tunnel not only meets the design requirements of concrete strength, elastic modulus, frost resistance and impermeability, but also proves that the concrete strength, elastic modulus, frost resistance and impermeability meet the design requirements. Moreover, it can improve the crack control of diversion tunnel.
