低熱硅酸鹽水泥大壩混凝土施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:低熱硅酸鹽水泥(簡稱低熱水泥)混凝土早期強度發(fā)展緩慢,其施工工藝、施工進度、溫控措施及其效果等方面與中熱水泥混凝土有較大差異。為了論證高拱壩采用低熱水泥混凝土的可行性,2013年6月在溪洛渡拱壩30號、31號壩段開展了低熱水泥大壩混凝土施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,結(jié)果表明,與常規(guī)的中熱硅酸鹽水泥(簡稱中熱水泥)混凝土相比,低熱水泥混凝土沖毛時間延后16~20 h、拆模時間延后約24 h,但因大壩混凝土澆筑備倉時間通常在7~10 d左右,采用低熱水泥混凝土對拱壩施工進度無影響;在澆筑溫度、水管間距、一期通水水溫和通水流量基本相同的條件下,拱壩混凝土最高溫度采用低熱水泥可比中熱水泥降低4.6℃,封拱灌漿后的溫度回升也較中熱水泥混凝土低1.2℃;其他條件相同時,低熱水泥混凝土的最大順河向應(yīng)力比中熱水泥混凝土減小19%?65%,抗裂安全系數(shù)普遍提高且均大于2.0;拱壩低熱水泥混凝土壩段橫縫可以張開,接縫灌漿注入量與中熱水泥混凝土壩段相近。截至目前,溪洛渡拱壩采用低熱水泥大壩混凝土澆筑的30號、31號壩段尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)任何裂縫,低熱水泥大壩混凝土施工質(zhì)量和溫控防裂效果優(yōu)良。
[Abstract]:The early strength development of low-heat Portland cement (LHCC) concrete is slow, and its construction technology, construction schedule, temperature control measures and its effect are quite different from those of medium-hot cement concrete. In order to demonstrate the feasibility of using low heat cement concrete in high arch dam, the key technology of concrete construction of low heat cement dam in Xiluodu arch dam section 30 and 31 in June 2013 was studied. The results show that, Compared with the conventional medium heat Portland cement (medium heat cement) concrete, the blanking time of low heat cement concrete is delayed by 16 ~ 20 hours, and the time of mold removal is delayed by about 24 hours. However, the time of pouring storehouse of dam concrete is usually about 710 days. The use of low-heat cement concrete has no effect on the construction progress of arch dam, and the maximum temperature of concrete of arch dam is 4.6 鈩,
