【摘要】：京津冀地區(qū),人—水關(guān)系一直處于緊張狀態(tài),無論從生存還是生態(tài)角度,都需要對(duì)國(guó)家長(zhǎng)時(shí)段、大空間配水體系進(jìn)行重構(gòu),制定核心水源地的涵養(yǎng)、保育戰(zhàn)略和華北地區(qū)地表水、地下水長(zhǎng)期恢復(fù)方案,建設(shè)中國(guó)水安全樞紐,以30~50年為期,修復(fù)國(guó)家水生態(tài)體系。
[Abstract]:In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the human-water relationship has always been in a tense state. From both the survival and the ecological point of view, it is necessary to reconstruct the water distribution system of the country for a long period of time and to establish the conservation of the core water source areas. The conservation strategy and the long-term restoration plan for surface water and groundwater in North China, the construction of water security hub in China, and the restoration of the national water ecological system in the period of 30 ~ 50 years.
