【摘要】:正1研究背景在揚(yáng)水泵站輸水管道系統(tǒng)中,止回閥承擔(dān)著防止水泵倒轉(zhuǎn)和水錘防護(hù)的重要作用,作為水泵的保護(hù)裝置,是水泵管路系統(tǒng)最基本的防護(hù)設(shè)備。本文就不同管道斷面的揚(yáng)水管道止回閥關(guān)閉特征和時(shí)間條件設(shè)定,與對(duì)應(yīng)的水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及管道壓力變化條件進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)在目前管道建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中多采用二階段控制關(guān)閉型止回閥問題,通過工程案例探討泵站止回閥的關(guān)閉特征和時(shí)間條件選擇與泵站安全防護(hù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的關(guān)系。2止回閥的關(guān)閉特征和時(shí)間條件
[Abstract]:Background in the water pipeline system of pumping station, check valve plays an important role in preventing water pump reverse and water hammer protection. As the protection device of water pump, it is the most basic protective equipment of pump pipeline system. In this paper, the closing characteristics and time conditions of check valves for different pipe sections are analyzed, and the corresponding conditions of pump operation and pipeline pressure change are analyzed.
