原型流量率定下的筒形閥流量特性和過渡過程研究

【摘要】:通過測取筒形閥動水關(guān)閉試驗過程中機組原始流量和工作水頭并進行擬合,得到了高水頭水輪機筒形閥不同開度下的流量特性,解決了筒形閥的流量系數(shù)率定問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了超長輸水發(fā)電系統(tǒng)筒形閥動水關(guān)閉過渡過程的數(shù)學(xué)模型,提出了數(shù)值分析方法,實現(xiàn)筒形閥過渡過程的仿真研究。數(shù)值計算結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場試驗實測結(jié)果進行了對比,一致性較好,為全面揭示超長輸水發(fā)電系統(tǒng)高水頭大型筒形閥的水力動態(tài)特性和運行控制方式奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:By measuring and fitting the original flow rate and the working head of the unit during the dynamic water closure test of the cylinder valve, the flow characteristics of the cylinder valve with high head are obtained, and the problem of determining the flow coefficient rate of the cylinder valve is solved. On this basis, the mathematical model of the dynamic water closure transition process of the cylinder valve is established, and the numerical analysis method is put forward to realize the simulation study of the cylinder valve transition process. The results of numerical calculation are compared with the measured results of field test, which lays a foundation for fully revealing the hydraulic dynamic characteristics and operation control mode of large cylinder valve with high head in super long water conveyance power generation system.
