【摘要】：根據(jù)安徽省水資源公報(bào)數(shù)據(jù),采用信息熵和均衡度方法對全省的用水結(jié)構(gòu)變化特征展開了分析研究。研究結(jié)果表明:2006~2015年的10 a期間,安徽全省、省內(nèi)三大流域和6個(gè)典型城市的用水結(jié)構(gòu)總體相對穩(wěn)定,部分年份有所波動,而且農(nóng)業(yè)用水仍占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。受地理位置和氣候等因素差異的影響,三大流域和典型地市用水結(jié)構(gòu)變化特征也存在著差異,其中,長江流域用水結(jié)構(gòu)與全省的變化特征基本一致,滁州市用水結(jié)構(gòu)的均勻性低于全省的平均水平。相對于"十一五"而言,"十二五"期間的用水結(jié)構(gòu)有所調(diào)整:即農(nóng)業(yè)用水比重下降,非農(nóng)用水比重上升,整體上是朝著更加均衡的方向發(fā)展。對安徽省用水結(jié)構(gòu)演變特征的研究,可為安徽省"十三五"水資源管理和年度計(jì)劃的制定提供參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of Anhui Water Resources Bulletin, the change characteristics of water use structure in Anhui Province are analyzed by using the method of information entropy and equilibrium degree. The results show that the water use structure of three major watersheds and six typical cities in Anhui Province is relatively stable during the 10 years from 2006 to 2015, and the water use for agriculture is still dominant in some years. Under the influence of geographical location and climate, there are also differences in the water use structure of the three major watersheds and typical cities, among which, the water use structure of the Yangtze River basin is basically the same as that of the whole province. The uniformity of water use structure in Chuzhou is lower than the average level of the whole province. Compared with the 11th Five-Year Plan, the water use structure of the 12th Five-Year Plan period has been adjusted: that is, the proportion of agricultural water use decreased, the proportion of non-agricultural water use increased, and the overall development is towards a more balanced direction. The study on the evolution characteristics of water use structure in Anhui Province can provide a reference and basis for the water resources management and the formulation of annual plan in the 13th Five-Year Plan of Anhui Province.
