考慮景觀因素的黃石城區(qū)江灘防洪整治研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)的《黃石市城市總體規(guī)劃(2001-2020)》,黃石市定位為長(zhǎng)江中游鄂東地區(qū)的中心城市。為彰顯城市山水園林特色、營(yíng)造特色城市景觀,加快黃石市山水園林城市的建設(shè)步伐,以建設(shè)優(yōu)美江灘為主線(xiàn),以園林綠化和堤面改造進(jìn)行全面整治。 黃石江灘碼頭、倉(cāng)庫(kù)林立,江邊環(huán)境“臟、亂、差”,環(huán)境通透性差。一些建筑物不但影響防洪,,而且造型簡(jiǎn)陋。這些都嚴(yán)重影響黃石市的整體形象,如何將城市防洪與環(huán)境景觀相結(jié)合?城市防洪的影響評(píng)價(jià)怎樣?如何根據(jù)本區(qū)域的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行景觀研究? 黃石江灘景觀環(huán)境與防洪工程是集水利防洪、城市建設(shè)、景觀工程為一體的系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,區(qū)域位于黃石市老城區(qū)黃石港,具體范圍岸線(xiàn)總長(zhǎng)度3.6km,規(guī)劃總用地面積約119.0HA,項(xiàng)目主要研究的內(nèi)容防洪工程和景觀環(huán)境及綜合效益。 通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目基礎(chǔ)的研究,考慮景觀工程,對(duì)實(shí)施的方案進(jìn)行比選,結(jié)合數(shù)模計(jì)算及綜合分析,對(duì)黃石江灘在景觀工程的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)防洪的影響進(jìn)行分析,探討項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的意義。
[Abstract]:According to the "Huangshi City Master Plan 2001-2020)" approved by the State Council, Huangshi City is located as the central city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in the eastern part of Hubei Province. In order to show the characteristics of urban landscape gardens, create special urban landscape, accelerate the construction of Huangshi landscape city, take the construction of beautiful riverbanks as the main line, take the landscape greening and embankment surface reconstruction to carry on the comprehensive renovation. Huangshi beach wharf, warehouses, riverside environment, "dirty, chaotic, poor", poor environmental permeability. Some buildings not only affect flood control, but also shape poorly. These all seriously affect the overall image of Huangshi City, how to combine urban flood control and environmental landscape? What is the impact evaluation of urban flood control? How to carry out landscape research according to the characteristics of the region? Huangshi River Beach Landscape Environment and Flood Control Project is a systematic project which integrates water conservancy, flood control, urban construction and landscape engineering. The area is located in Huangshi Port, the old district of Huangshi City. The total length of shoreline is 3.6 km, and the total land area of planning is about 119.0HA. the main contents of the project are flood control engineering, landscape environment and comprehensive benefit. Through the research on the project foundation, considering the landscape engineering, comparing and selecting the implementation scheme, combining with the mathematical model calculation and the comprehensive analysis, this paper analyzes the impact of the Huangshi beach on flood control on the basis of the landscape engineering, and discusses the significance of the implementation of the project.
