【摘要】：通過分析黑河干流水量分配方案實施以來的成效和問題,按照科學性、代表性、特殊性、可行性原則選取相關指標,結合黑河流域水量分配主要影響因子分析,構建了由分水方案實施效果、水文情勢、管理手段與工程、方案技術特點4個一級指標及27個二級指標組成的黑河干流水量分配方案適應性評價指標體系,在利用層次分析法確定評價指標權重值的基礎上對黑河水量分配方案的適應性進行評價,結果表明黑河干流水量分配方案的適應性評價總分數(shù)為60.5分,適應性較好。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the achievements and problems since the implementation of the water distribution scheme for the main stream of the Heihe River, according to the principles of science, representativeness, particularity and feasibility, the relevant indexes are selected, and the main influencing factors of the water distribution in the Heihe River Basin are analyzed. The adaptability evaluation index system of water distribution scheme of Heihe River is constructed, which is composed of implementation effect of water diversion scheme, hydrological situation, management means and project, technical characteristics of the scheme, four first class indexes and 27 second class indexes. The adaptability of Heihe River water allocation scheme is evaluated on the basis of determining the weight value of evaluation index by AHP. The result shows that the total evaluation score of Heihe water distribution scheme is 60.5, and the adaptability is better.
