小型灌排渠道U型槽混凝土性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步改善構(gòu)件外觀質(zhì)量、提高外壓荷載,開(kāi)展了U型槽混凝土相關(guān)性能試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)了不同的干硬性混凝土配合比,通過(guò)分析干硬性混凝土拌和物性能與U型槽使用性能的相關(guān)性,提出合理控制干硬性混凝土VC值和強(qiáng)度的建議,以滿足構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)工藝及使用性能要求;并結(jié)合混凝土配合比參數(shù)對(duì)干硬性混凝土工作性及強(qiáng)度的影響研究,提出基于拌和物性能控制的配合比設(shè)計(jì)理念,這樣既合理控制干硬性混凝土性能,又保障了構(gòu)件的質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the appearance quality of the members and increase the external pressure load, the experimental study on the related properties of U-groove concrete was carried out. The different mix ratio of dry hard concrete is designed. By analyzing the correlation between the performance of dry hard concrete and the performance of U type tank, the suggestion of reasonably controlling the VC value and strength of dry hard concrete is put forward. In order to meet the requirements of the production process and the performance of the components, combined with the study of the influence of the concrete mix ratio parameters on the workability and strength of the dry-hard concrete, the design concept of the mix ratio based on the control of the mixing properties is put forward. This not only reasonably controls the performance of dry hard concrete, but also ensures the quality of components.
