大型水電站建設(shè)影響區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃調(diào)整研究

【摘要】:大型水電站建設(shè)影響區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)體系重構(gòu)是一種外力推動(dòng)下的非常規(guī)突變,采用常規(guī)方法調(diào)整城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃具有局限性。以白鶴灘水電站建設(shè)影響區(qū)作為研究案例,將移民安置規(guī)劃與城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃結(jié)合,從移民安置規(guī)劃出發(fā),探索針對(duì)此類型區(qū)的實(shí)用高效的城鎮(zhèn)體系規(guī)劃調(diào)整方法。進(jìn)一步,此方法還可一般化推廣至大型移民工程區(qū)域、災(zāi)后重建區(qū)等具有城鎮(zhèn)體系突變特征的區(qū)域。
[Abstract]:The reconstruction of urban system in the area affected by the construction of large hydropower stations is a kind of unconventional mutation driven by external forces, and it is limited to adopt the conventional method to adjust the planning of urban system. Taking the construction impact area of Baihetan Hydropower Station as a case study, combining resettlement planning with urban and rural planning, this paper explores a practical and efficient method of urban system planning adjustment for this type of area from the perspective of resettlement planning. Furthermore, the method can also be generalized to areas with abrupt changes in urban system, such as large migration engineering areas and post-disaster reconstruction areas.
