卜爾色太溝引洪滯沙工程布置方案及減沙效果

【摘要】:為了防治卜爾色太溝孔兌泥沙入黃危害,通過(guò)對(duì)該孔兌水沙特性及治理工程現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,提出在庫(kù)布齊沙漠腹地配套建設(shè)東、西兩個(gè)滯洪區(qū)蓄洪滯沙,總庫(kù)容分別為1 357萬(wàn)、1 262萬(wàn)m~3。工程建成運(yùn)行后,在發(fā)生2003年典型洪水的情況下,次洪分水比為0.196,分沙比為0.225,可有效減少孔兌入黃泥沙。根據(jù)孔兌工程建設(shè)和沿岸群眾的治沙用洪經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)出孔兌治理思路為"攔、分、滯",主要措施為在上游修建攔沙堰或攔泥庫(kù),清渾分治、旁側(cè)分沙,運(yùn)用有利地形蓄洪滯沙。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent and control the harm of sand and sediment in Boersetaogou, through the analysis of the characteristics of water and sediment and the present situation of the project, the paper puts forward the construction of flood and sand storage and retention in the east and west of two flood detention areas in the hinterland of Kubuqi desert. The total storage capacity was 13.57 million ~ 12.62 m ~ (-1) ~ (32) m ~ (-1). After the completion and operation of the project, in the case of typical flood in 2003, the ratio of secondary flood and sediment is 0.196 and 0.225 respectively, which can effectively reduce the yellow sediment. According to the construction of Kongdui project and the flood control experience of the coastal masses, the author concludes that the main measures are "blocking, dividing, and holding". The main measures are to build the sand barrier Weir or silt reservoir in the upper reaches, clear the muddy part, divide the sand on the side, and use the favorable terrain to store the flood and the sand.
