【摘要】：面對日益凸顯的城市洪澇災(zāi)害,海綿城市建設(shè)勢在必行。為此,我國要在舊城改造與新城建設(shè)中采取不同的路徑,在規(guī)劃、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、融資等方面加快推進海綿城市建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Facing the increasingly prominent urban flood disaster, sponge city construction is imperative. Therefore, China should take different paths in the reconstruction of the old city and the construction of the new city, and speed up the construction of the sponge city in the aspects of planning, infrastructure construction, financing and so on.
