基于格序理論的水利工程評標(biāo)模型研究

【摘要】:根據(jù)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)評標(biāo)決策問題的研究現(xiàn)狀,針對水利工程評標(biāo)多屬性多目標(biāo)決策問題中的不可公度性和矛盾性,將格序決策理論引入水利工程評標(biāo)決策中。結(jié)合Hausdorff測度的概念,建立了基于格序理論的水利工程評標(biāo)模型。通過計(jì)算各投標(biāo)單位與擬確界之間的廣義距離,可得到該模型下業(yè)主偏好關(guān)系的線性擴(kuò)展結(jié)果,即投標(biāo)單位之間的優(yōu)劣排序,從中可確定最優(yōu)候選中標(biāo)人。通過實(shí)例分析表明,該模型能夠有效克服水利工程評標(biāo)決策過程中的不可公度性和矛盾性,使得評價(jià)結(jié)果更為準(zhǔn)確可靠,為水利工程評標(biāo)決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:According to the current research situation of domestic bidding evaluation decision problem, the lattice order decision theory is introduced into the water conservancy project bid evaluation decision making according to the insensitivity and contradiction in the multi-attribute and multi-objective decision making problem of water conservancy project bid evaluation. Based on the concept of Hausdorff measure, the bidding evaluation model of hydraulic engineering based on lattice order theory is established. By calculating the generalized distance between the bidding units and the quasi-real bounds, we can obtain the linear extension result of the owners' preference relationship under this model, that is, the order of advantages and disadvantages among the bidding units, from which the optimal successful bidder can be determined. The example analysis shows that the model can effectively overcome the inconsistency and inconsistency in the bidding evaluation process of water conservancy projects, make the evaluation results more accurate and reliable, and provide a reference for the bidding evaluation decision of water conservancy projects.
