【摘要】：正近日,國(guó)家防汛抗旱辦公室(以下簡(jiǎn)稱國(guó)家防辦)向長(zhǎng)江防汛抗旱總指揮部(以下簡(jiǎn)稱長(zhǎng)江防總)發(fā)來(lái)感謝信,充分肯定長(zhǎng)江防汛抗旱工作,并向長(zhǎng)江防總?cè)w同志以及派出的工作組、專家組和督查組全體成員表示誠(chéng)摯的感謝和崇高的敬意。感謝信說(shuō),今年長(zhǎng)江流域發(fā)生1998年以來(lái)最大洪水,中下游干流和洞庭湖、鄱陽(yáng)湖水位全線超警,流域干支流險(xiǎn)情多發(fā),局地暴雨山洪災(zāi)害頻繁。長(zhǎng)江防總按照國(guó)家防辦的統(tǒng)一部署,
