【摘要】:泄洪閘是低水頭樞紐主要的泄洪建筑物,在樞紐建筑物的設(shè)計研究過程中,準確地模擬泄洪閘內(nèi)部的流場信息,保證體型設(shè)計合理、工程安全運行具有非常重要的意義。 對泄水建筑物泄流的研究方法主要有物理模型試驗、理論分析和數(shù)值模擬計算。近年來,,隨著計算機技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和數(shù)值計算方法的不斷改進,數(shù)值模擬方法速度快、花費少、信息完整等優(yōu)點逐步顯示出來,已被越來越多的國內(nèi)外水利科研工作者重視。 本文以黃豐水電站工程為研究對象,利用FLUENT商用軟件對泄洪閘泄流進行了三維流場數(shù)值模擬。利用標準k-ε湍流數(shù)值模型封閉Reynods方程,采用流體體積分數(shù)法(VOF法)追蹤自由液面,網(wǎng)格劃分采用了四面體非結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)格,并在水流流態(tài)變化較快區(qū)域進行網(wǎng)格加密,應(yīng)用SIMPLE算法來進行壓力校正,得到校核工況下泄洪閘的泄流能力、水流流態(tài)、水面高程、速度場及壓力場等計算結(jié)果,通過與模型試驗觀測結(jié)果比較,兩者吻合較好,說明數(shù)值模擬采用的模型合理、方法正確。
[Abstract]:Flood sluice is the main flood-releasing structure in low-head hub. In the process of design and research, it is of great significance to accurately simulate the flow field information inside the sluice, to ensure the reasonable design of the shape and to ensure the safe operation of the project. Physical model test, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are the main methods to study the discharge of drainage structures. In recent years, with the continuous development of computer technology and the continuous improvement of numerical calculation methods, the advantages of numerical simulation methods, such as fast speed, less cost and complete information, have been paid more and more attention to by more and more water conservancy researchers at home and abroad. This paper takes Huangfeng Hydropower Station as the research object and makes use of FLUENT commercial software to simulate the three dimensional flow field of the sluice. The standard k- 蔚 turbulence numerical model is used to close the Reynods equation, and the fluid volume fraction method is used to track the free surface. The tetrahedron unstructured mesh is used in the mesh division, and the mesh encryption is carried out in the rapidly changing region of the flow state. The SIMPLE algorithm is used to calibrate the discharge capacity, water flow state, water surface height, velocity field and pressure field of the sluice. The results are in good agreement with the results of the model test. It shows that the model used in numerical simulation is reasonable and the method is correct.
