基于模糊綜合評價法的尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價研究

【摘要】:尾礦壩作為尾礦庫系統(tǒng)中最為重要的構(gòu)筑物設(shè)施,尾礦壩的穩(wěn)定性往往決定了一個尾礦庫是否能安全運行。一旦尾礦壩潰壩或則失效,不僅會給國家造成巨大的經(jīng)濟損失,而且還會危及尾礦庫下游地區(qū)居民的生命安全和影響尾礦庫區(qū)周邊生態(tài)環(huán)境,所以對尾礦壩的穩(wěn)定性評價進行研究是非常有意義和價值的。本文從尾礦壩自身結(jié)構(gòu)特點和其外界影響因素兩個方面出發(fā),結(jié)合實際尾礦壩工程應(yīng)用,通過分析尾礦壩各類潰壩方式及其產(chǎn)生原因,確定了影響尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性的六個主要方面:初期壩、堆積壩、排洪系統(tǒng)、排滲系統(tǒng)、自然因素和管理因素,并從這六個主要方面出發(fā),進一步分析了關(guān)于這六個方面的19個尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價指標,這其中包括了10個定性指標和9個定量指標,構(gòu)建了尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價的評價指標體系。借鑒邊坡和相關(guān)行業(yè)的工程穩(wěn)定性評價經(jīng)驗,并結(jié)合尾礦壩實際工程,綜合考慮多方面因素,構(gòu)建了尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價的評價等級集,這樣對尾礦壩的穩(wěn)定性運行狀況有了更直觀的認識。評價指標體系和評價等級集共同構(gòu)成了尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價的評價體系。在尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價模型建立中,應(yīng)用層次分析法構(gòu)建了尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,通過模糊綜合評價法和借鑒邊坡行業(yè)工程穩(wěn)定性評價已有的研究成果和經(jīng)驗,對尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性各評價指標的相對重要度(權(quán)重)進行確定,并以此建立了基于模糊綜合評價法的尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價模型。通過實際尾礦壩工程實例,以上饒713礦尾礦庫中的尾礦壩為研究對象,應(yīng)用文中所建立的基于模糊綜合評價法的尾礦壩穩(wěn)定性評價模型對該尾礦壩工程進行穩(wěn)定性評價,將評價結(jié)果與實際監(jiān)測資料對比驗證。
[Abstract]:Tailings dam is the most important structural facility in the tailings storage system. The stability of the tailing dam often determines whether a tailings dam can operate safely or not. Once the tailings dam breaks or fails, it will not only cause huge economic losses to the country, but also endanger the lives of the residents in the downstream area of the tailings reservoir and affect the surrounding ecological environment of the tailings reservoir area. So it is very meaningful and valuable to study the stability evaluation of tailings dam. In this paper, based on the structural characteristics of tailings dam and its external influence factors, combined with the practical application of tailings dam, this paper analyzes the various types of dam break and its causes. Six main aspects affecting the stability of tailings dam are determined: initial dam, accumulative dam, flood discharge system, seepage discharge system, natural factors and management factors, and from these six main aspects, Further, 19 evaluation indexes of tailing dam stability in these six aspects are analyzed, which include 10 qualitative indexes and 9 quantitative indexes, and the evaluation index system of tailing dam stability evaluation is constructed. Based on the experience of engineering stability evaluation of slope and related industries and combined with the actual project of tailings dam, the evaluation grade set of tailing dam stability evaluation is constructed by considering many factors synthetically. In this way, there is a more intuitive understanding of the stability of the tailings dam. The evaluation index system and evaluation grade set constitute the stability evaluation system of tailings dam. In the process of establishing the stability evaluation model of tailings dam, the structural system of tailing dam stability evaluation is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). By using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and drawing lessons from the existing research results and experience of slope engineering stability evaluation, The relative importance (weight) of each evaluation index of tailing dam stability is determined, and the stability evaluation model of tailings dam based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established. Taking the tailings dam in the tailings dam of Shangrao 713 mine as the research object, the stability evaluation model of the tailings dam based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method established in this paper is used to evaluate the stability of the tailings dam project. The evaluation results are compared with the actual monitoring data.
