大直徑承插式鋼頂管的施工受力變形測(cè)試分析——以廈門高集海堤原水管道遷改工程為例

【摘要】:承插式鋼頂管可以實(shí)現(xiàn)大曲率頂進(jìn),但管節(jié)間的相對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)對(duì)接頭和管身的影響機(jī)制卻未得到系統(tǒng)研究。為研究大直徑承插式鋼頂管在頂進(jìn)軸線調(diào)整過程中的受力變形特性,本文通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試,詳細(xì)記錄了海底大直徑鋼頂管在頂進(jìn)過程中承插式接頭的測(cè)縫、徑向變形和縱環(huán)向應(yīng)力。結(jié)果表明,承插式接頭可以適應(yīng)大直徑鋼頂管的軸線偏轉(zhuǎn)要求,管節(jié)間最大相對(duì)偏轉(zhuǎn)角較規(guī)范允許的焊接式鋼頂管最大偏轉(zhuǎn)角增大了近19倍。在曲線頂進(jìn)時(shí),承插式鋼頂管自身徑向變形的調(diào)整可有效降低接頭處的應(yīng)力水平,且管節(jié)間由偏轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生的附加應(yīng)力有限。
[Abstract]:The large curvature jacking can be realized in the steel jacking pipe, but the influence mechanism of the relative rotation of the pipe joints on the joints and the pipe body has not been systematically studied. In order to study the mechanical and deformation characteristics of large diameter steel jacking pipe in the process of jacking axis adjustment, this paper, through field tests, records in detail the measuring joints of the socket type joint during the jacking process of large diameter steel jacking pipe. Radial deformation and longitudinal toroidal stress. The results show that the socket joint can meet the axial deflection requirement of large diameter steel jacking pipe, and the maximum relative deflection angle between pipe joints is nearly 19 times higher than that of welded steel jacking pipe permitted by the specification. When the curve is pushed forward, the adjustment of the radial deformation of the steel jacking pipe can effectively reduce the stress level at the joint, and the additional stress caused by the deflection between the pipe joints is limited.
