水庫干旱分級預(yù)警水位確定方法

【摘要】:鑒于定量分析干旱預(yù)警水位有利于水庫抗旱期的合理調(diào)度,提出水庫干旱預(yù)警響應(yīng)機制,探討與之相對應(yīng)的水庫干旱分級預(yù)警水位計算方法和步驟,并以柴河水庫為例,考慮預(yù)警期為6個月,在分析水庫來水量、需水量的基礎(chǔ)上,采用逐6月應(yīng)供水量滑動計算確定柴河水庫旱限水位為96.47m,干旱Ⅰ~Ⅵ分級預(yù)警水位分別為86.98、89.40、90.79、93.18m,據(jù)此繪制了柴河水庫干旱分級響應(yīng)預(yù)警圖,可用于指導(dǎo)水庫抗旱調(diào)度工作。
