【摘要】：水電站廠房機(jī)組的巨型化導(dǎo)致廠房機(jī)墩等結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的增大,傳統(tǒng)的規(guī)范法已經(jīng)無法滿足設(shè)計(jì)精度的要求,因此有限元法計(jì)算得到了大力推廣,但采用哪種有限元法及有限元法計(jì)算結(jié)果的合理性、其與規(guī)范法計(jì)算結(jié)果的差異等問題需得到解決。筆者通過對多電站機(jī)墩結(jié)構(gòu)垂直振幅不同計(jì)算方法結(jié)果的全面比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)擬靜力法的計(jì)算結(jié)果大于動力法的計(jì)算結(jié)果,而動力法大于解析法的計(jì)算結(jié)果;有限元計(jì)算模型的底部邊界高程對機(jī)墩結(jié)構(gòu)振幅計(jì)算影響較大,宜取相對于基準(zhǔn)面的相對振幅,基準(zhǔn)面宜選取在機(jī)組安裝高程,對于有限元法的計(jì)算結(jié)果,用相對于安裝高程的相對振幅與結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)法的"振幅標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"進(jìn)行比較更為合理。
[Abstract]:The mega size of the power plant unit leads to the increase of the structure size, such as the machine and pier of the powerhouse. The traditional code method can no longer meet the requirement of the design precision, so the finite element method has been popularized. However, the problem of which finite element method and the result of finite element method are reasonable and the difference between the results of calculation and that of standard method need to be solved. Through the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the results of different methods for calculating the vertical amplitude of the machine pier structure of multiple power stations, it is found that the result of pseudostatic method is greater than that of dynamic method, and the dynamic method is larger than that of analytical method. The bottom boundary elevation of the finite element model has a great influence on the calculation of the amplitude of the machine pier structure. The relative amplitude relative to the datum level and the installation height of the unit should be chosen as the datum level. The calculation results of the finite element method are also discussed. It is more reasonable to compare the relative amplitude of installation elevation with the "amplitude standard" of structural mechanics method.
