張家港市防洪工程實(shí)時(shí)安全監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)建設(shè)

【摘要】:洪水災(zāi)害是嚴(yán)重的自然災(zāi)害,其后果尤為嚴(yán)重。城市防洪系統(tǒng)建設(shè)對(duì)城市防洪有重要作用,其成功與否對(duì)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和居民人身安全有著至關(guān)重要的意義[1]。針對(duì)目前我國堤防防洪工程監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警水平整體較低的情況,結(jié)合張家港市堤防防洪工程監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警的工作需求,建設(shè)張家港市防洪工程安全監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。本項(xiàng)目結(jié)合長(zhǎng)江堤防防洪工程的現(xiàn)狀,確定適合于張家港堤防防洪工程的監(jiān)測(cè)參數(shù)及預(yù)警警戒值,設(shè)計(jì)適合張家港的監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)及預(yù)警系統(tǒng),利用GPRS、數(shù)據(jù)后處理及預(yù)警預(yù)報(bào)技術(shù),構(gòu)建張家港市長(zhǎng)江防洪工程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。開展張家港市堤防防洪工程實(shí)時(shí)安全監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的研究工作,不僅可以為張家港市防洪工程安全監(jiān)測(cè)提供技術(shù)支撐,還能彌補(bǔ)我國堤防防洪工程監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警技術(shù)存在的不足,具備較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值和重大的科研意義。 研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)針對(duì)張家港市堤防防洪工程現(xiàn)狀,以監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合類似工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),選取水位、滲透壓力、水平位移、土壓力四項(xiàng)監(jiān)測(cè)參數(shù)作為張家港市防洪工程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵監(jiān)測(cè)參數(shù),根據(jù)相關(guān)的國家和地方法規(guī)的要求,確定預(yù)警值的監(jiān)測(cè)參數(shù)。 (2)針對(duì)張家港市堤防防洪工程遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的參數(shù)與指標(biāo),設(shè)計(jì)張家港市的堤防防洪預(yù)警系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息采集、信息傳輸、防洪預(yù)警功能。 (3)選擇張家港市堤防防洪工程一干河、長(zhǎng)沙河處兩長(zhǎng)江堤段典型斷面,開展一干河、長(zhǎng)沙河兩處長(zhǎng)江堤防監(jiān)測(cè)斷面站點(diǎn)建設(shè),完成傳感器埋設(shè)、數(shù)據(jù)采集儀等系統(tǒng)建設(shè)工作。連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)5個(gè)月試驗(yàn),基于監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析成果及預(yù)警預(yù)報(bào)效果。
[Abstract]:Flood disaster is a serious natural disaster, its consequences are especially serious. The construction of urban flood control system plays an important role in urban flood control, and its success is of vital significance to the development of urban economy and the safety of residents [1]. In view of the low level of monitoring and early warning of flood control engineering in our country at present, the safety monitoring and early warning system of flood control engineering in Zhangjiagang city is constructed according to the working demand of monitoring and early warning of flood control project in Zhangjiagang city. According to the current situation of flood control project of Yangtze River, the project determines the monitoring parameters and warning value suitable for Zhangjiagang embankment flood control project, designs the monitoring system and early warning system suitable for Zhangjiagang, and uses GPRS, data post-processing and early warning and forecast technology. Build Zhangjiagang City Yangtze River flood control project real-time monitoring and warning system. The research on the construction of a real-time safety monitoring and early warning system for flood control works in Zhangjiagang City can not only provide technical support for the safety monitoring of flood control projects in Zhangjiagang City, It can also make up for the deficiency of monitoring and warning technology of levee flood control engineering in our country, and has higher practical value and great scientific research significance. The contents of the study are as follows: 1) in view of the current situation of flood prevention works in Zhangjiagang City, based on the monitoring technical specifications and standards, combined with similar engineering experience, select water level, osmotic pressure, horizontal displacement, The four monitoring parameters of earth pressure as the key parameters of the real-time monitoring and early warning system of flood control engineering in Zhangjiagang City are determined according to the requirements of relevant national and local laws and regulations. 2) aiming at the parameters and indexes of remote real-time monitoring of flood control project in Zhangjiagang City, a flood prevention and warning system for dike in Zhangjiagang City is designed to realize the functions of information collection, information transmission and flood control warning. 3) selecting the typical section of one river and two Yangtze river levees in Zhangjiagang City to construct the monitoring section station of one river and two Yangtze River levees, so as to complete the system construction such as sensor embedding and data acquisition instrument. Continuous monitoring for 5 months, based on monitoring data analysis results and early warning and forecasting results.
