河道整治對水質(zhì)及浮游生物群落特征的影響——以重慶市大足區(qū)窟窿河三驅(qū)鎮(zhèn)段為例

【摘要】:【目的】調(diào)查進行綜合治理后的重慶市大足區(qū)窟窿河三驅(qū)鎮(zhèn)河段水質(zhì)狀況!痉椒ā坑2015年11月對該河段中浮游生物指示種、多樣性、群落結(jié)構(gòu)及水質(zhì)理化參數(shù)進行了調(diào)查!窘Y(jié)果】窟窿河三驅(qū)鎮(zhèn)段共有浮游植物8門84屬174種(含變種)、浮游動物3門25屬33種。河段上、下游生物群落結(jié)構(gòu)差異較大。浮游植物密度在上游兩個采樣點分別為1.35×107,1.58×107個·L~(-1),在下游采樣點僅為4.3×106個·L~(-1);浮游動物密度在上游兩個采樣點分別為3.96×103,5.20×103個·L~(-1),在下游采樣點則降至3.20×103個·L~(-1)。指示型為多污、中污帶的3種隱藻即尖尾藍隱藻(Chroomonas acuta)、嚙蝕隱藻(Cryptomonas erosa)和卵形隱藻(Cryptomonas ovata)在河段上游為絕對優(yōu)勢種,而在下游僅少量發(fā)現(xiàn),且優(yōu)勢種中的中污、寡污帶指示種數(shù)量增多,暗示窟窿河水質(zhì)有所好轉(zhuǎn)。【結(jié)論】綜合ShannonWeiner多樣性指數(shù)、Margalef豐富度指數(shù)和Pielou均勻度指數(shù)的結(jié)果可知,經(jīng)過治理后的河段浮游植物的豐富度與群落穩(wěn)定性有所提高。綜合營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)指數(shù)的結(jié)果顯示,研究河段水質(zhì)由上游的中度/重度富營養(yǎng)狀態(tài)向下游輕度富營養(yǎng)級轉(zhuǎn)變。研究結(jié)果表明河道整治工程對研究河段水質(zhì)有明顯的改善作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the water quality of Sanduzhen reach of the Gouhe River in Dazu District of Chongqing after comprehensive management. [methods] the diversity and diversity of plankton indicator species in the reach of Dazu River in November 2015 were investigated. The community structure and physical and chemical parameters of water quality were investigated. [results] there were 174 species of phytoplankton belonging to 84 genera and 8 phyla in Sanduzhen section of the Gounong River, including 3 phyla, 25 genera and 33 species of zooplankton. In the upper and lower reaches of the river, there are great differences in the structure of the biota. The density of phytoplankton was 1.35 脳 10 ~ 7 ~ 1.58 脳 10 ~ (7) L ~ (-1) ~ (-1) in the upper reaches and 4.3 脳 10 ~ (6) L ~ (-1) ~ (-1) in the lower reaches, and the density of zooplankton was 3.96 脳 10 ~ (3) ~ 5.20 脳 10 ~ (3) L ~ (-1) in the upper reaches and 3.20 脳 10 ~ (3) L ~ (-1) L ~ (-1) in the downstream sampling sites. The three species of Cryptomonas acutaa (Cryptomonas erosa) and Cryptomonas ovata (Cryptomonas ovata) are the dominant species in the upper reaches of the river, but only a few species are found in the lower reaches. The increase in the number of indicator species in the oligopollution zone suggests that the water quality of the river has improved. [conclusion] the results of ShannonWeiner diversity index, Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index show that, The richness and community stability of phytoplankton were improved after treatment. The results of comprehensive nutritional status index showed that the water quality of the study reach changed from medium / heavy eutrophication status upstream to mild eutrophication level downstream. The results show that the river regulation works can improve the water quality of the reach.
