【摘要】：流速儀檢定主要問(wèn)題是當(dāng)檢定儀器數(shù)量多、水體波動(dòng)大,不符合流速儀檢定理論和儀表標(biāo)定原則,檢定成果有可能形成系統(tǒng)誤差,它既無(wú)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),又難發(fā)現(xiàn),用均方差表示則優(yōu)。分析儀器運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)理,提出:低速,用力矩儀檢測(cè)起轉(zhuǎn)速V_0,使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂值的低速直線公式;中、高速,用干式檢測(cè)法,水力螺距檢定法,積分檢定法和優(yōu)化一速度級(jí)檢定法,后者還可用于水文測(cè)站驗(yàn)證流速儀檢定公式。
[Abstract]:The main problem of velocity meter verification is that when the number of calibrating instruments is large, the water body fluctuates greatly, which does not accord with the calibration theory and the calibration principle of the current meter, the verification results may form systematic error, which is neither standard nor found, but is superior when expressed by the mean square deviation (RMS).Based on the analysis of the motion mechanism of the instrument, it is put forward that: at low speed, using torque meter to detect the rotational speed V _ 0, using the low speed straight line formula of the standard revised value, in the middle, high speed, using the dry detection method, the hydraulic pitch test method, the integral verification method and the optimization one speed level verification method,The latter can also be used in hydrological station to verify the verification formula of flow meter.
