【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,人們對生態(tài)環(huán)境越來越重視,以興利和防洪為主的傳統(tǒng)水庫調(diào)度已逐步轉(zhuǎn)向生態(tài)調(diào)度,并最終實現(xiàn)水庫綜合調(diào)度。目前,世界上大部分流域出現(xiàn)了不同程度的生態(tài)問題,并且有愈演愈烈的趨勢。因此,研究水庫生態(tài)調(diào)度具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。水庫生態(tài)調(diào)度是在滿足人們對水的基本需要的前提下,將各生態(tài)因子納入到傳統(tǒng)水庫調(diào)度中,旨在恢復和維系河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。本文介紹了生態(tài)流量、生態(tài)調(diào)度等概念,分析了考慮生態(tài)水量、泥沙、水質(zhì)等生態(tài)因子的生態(tài)調(diào)度方式,討論了水庫的綜合調(diào)度,指明了水庫生態(tài)調(diào)度的研究前沿與發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, people pay more and more attention to the ecological environment. The traditional reservoir operation, which is mainly for profit and flood control, has gradually turned to ecological operation and finally realized the comprehensive reservoir operation.At present, there are ecological problems in most watersheds in the world, and there is a growing trend.Therefore, the study of reservoir ecological regulation has important practical significance.Reservoir ecological regulation is to restore and maintain the river ecosystem under the premise of satisfying people's basic water needs and bringing all ecological factors into the traditional reservoir operation.This paper introduces the concepts of ecological flow and ecological regulation, analyzes the ecological dispatching mode considering ecological factors such as ecological water quantity, sediment and water quality, discusses the comprehensive regulation of reservoirs, and points out the research frontier and development direction of ecological regulation of reservoirs.
