【摘要】：針對目前龍灘水電開發(fā)有限公司技術(shù)人才不足以及培訓(xùn)模式存在的問題,提出建設(shè)紅水河流域水電站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),可有效解決培訓(xùn)方面存在的問題。分析建設(shè)紅水河流域水電站仿真培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)有資源優(yōu)勢、基本構(gòu)成、建設(shè)內(nèi)容及實(shí)施方案,并對預(yù)期效果進(jìn)行評價。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortage of technical personnel and the problems of training mode in Longtan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., the paper puts forward the construction of a simulation training system for the Hongshuihe Hydropower Station, which can effectively solve the problems in training.This paper analyzes the existing resource advantages, basic composition, construction content and implementation scheme of the simulation training system for the construction of the Hongshuihe Hydropower Station, and evaluates the expected results.
