長大隧洞施工通風三維數(shù)值模擬及優(yōu)化設計

【摘要】:通風散煙是水利水電工程長大隧洞施工中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。傳統(tǒng)的施工通風設計沒有考慮污染物的排放過程等,負壓風機的設計多依賴經(jīng)驗,常出現(xiàn)施工通風效果不佳的問題。采用計算流體力學軟件FLUENT進行長大隧道通風散煙三維數(shù)值模擬,研究不同負壓風機風量對獨頭掘進的長大隧洞施工有害氣體排放特性的影響,提出了隧洞負壓風機實際工作流量與正壓風機實際工作流量比值為1.1~1.3時,對隧洞內有害氣體排出最有利。同時,結合隧洞掘進過程中風機實際工作狀態(tài),從保證隧洞在掘進到不同長度時都有較好通風條件的角度,提出了以掘進長度1 km時負壓與正壓風機實際工作流量比為1.1為控制的長大隧洞負壓風機風量設計方法。
[Abstract]:Ventilating and dispersing gas is an important link in the construction of long tunnel of water conservancy and hydropower project.The traditional construction ventilation design does not consider the pollutant discharge process, the negative pressure fan design depends on the experience, often has the construction ventilation effect not to be good the question.Using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT to simulate the ventilation and smoke emission of long and long tunnel, the influence of different negative pressure fan air volume on the harmful gas emission characteristics in the construction of long tunnel with single head tunneling is studied.When the ratio of actual working flow of negative pressure fan and actual working flow of positive pressure fan is 1.1 ~ 1.3, it is most favorable for the discharge of harmful gas in tunnel.At the same time, considering the actual working condition of the fan in the tunneling process, from the point of view of ensuring that the tunnel has better ventilation conditions during tunneling to different lengths,A design method of air volume of negative pressure fan in long tunnel is presented, which is controlled by the actual working flow ratio of negative pressure fan to positive pressure fan at 1 km driving length.
