抗裂混凝土及其在水工面板加固工程中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:論文在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,測(cè)定并分析了釩鐵渣的化學(xué)及礦物組成,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了釩鐵渣的體積安定性、水化活性,以及釩鐵渣對(duì)混凝土力學(xué)性質(zhì)和抗裂性能的影響規(guī)律。根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及理論研究結(jié)果,進(jìn)行了抗裂混凝土在面板加固工程中的應(yīng)用研究。研究結(jié)果表明: (1)釩鐵渣主要礦物組成為γ-2CaO·SiO2及少量的α-2CaO·SiO2和MgO;其3d、28d、60d水化活性指數(shù)分別為0.82、0.78、0.77,具有水化活性,且其安定性合格,放射性比活度符合有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,可以作為水泥和混凝土的摻合料。 (2)釩鐵渣作為水泥基材料的摻合料,有明顯的補(bǔ)償收縮和提高抗裂性作用。單摻粉煤灰、復(fù)摻釩鐵渣和粉煤灰混凝土的壓拉強(qiáng)度比(抗壓強(qiáng)度/劈拉強(qiáng)度)均高于純水泥混凝土,,尤其以復(fù)摻釩鐵渣和粉煤灰混凝土更優(yōu)。將其應(yīng)用于混凝土面板中,能夠抑制收縮,減少裂縫,從而提高混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性。 (3)綜合考慮抗壓強(qiáng)度和抗裂性等性能,釩鐵渣摻量范圍為15%~20%,水泥基材料具有較好的力學(xué)性能及抗裂性。 (4)復(fù)摻20%釩鐵渣和10%粉煤灰取代水泥摻入混凝土,在兩個(gè)面板加固工程中應(yīng)用效果良好,可以用于配置抗裂面板混凝土。利用釩鐵渣部分取代水泥,既能改善水泥基材料的性能,又能更高效地利用工業(yè)固體廢棄物,達(dá)到節(jié)省資源和保護(hù)環(huán)境的目的。
[Abstract]:Based on the previous research, the chemical and mineral composition of ferrovanadium slag is measured and analyzed. The volume stability, hydration activity and the effect of ferrovanadium slag on the mechanical properties and crack resistance of concrete are studied by experiments.According to the results of laboratory and theoretical research, the application of crack-resistant concrete in slab reinforcement is studied.The results show that:The main mineral composition of ferrovanadium slag is 緯 -2CaO SiO2 and a small amount of 偽 -2CaO SiO2 and MgO.The hydration activity index of ferrovanadium slag is 0.82O0.780.77 in 60 days after 3 days, and its stability is qualified. The activity of radioactivity can be used as admixture of cement and concrete.(2) Ferrovanadium slag as admixture of cement material has obvious effect on compensating shrinkage and improving crack resistance.The compressive tensile strength ratio (compressive strength / split tensile strength) of concrete mixed with fly ash, mixed with ferrovanadium slag and fly ash is higher than that of pure cement concrete, especially the concrete with compound ferrovanadium slag and fly ash is better than pure cement concrete.Applying it to concrete slabs can restrain shrinkage and reduce cracks, thus improving the durability of concrete structures.(3) considering the compressive strength and crack resistance, the content of ferrovanadium slag is 15% and 20%. The cement based material has better mechanical properties and crack resistance.In addition, 20% ferrovanadium slag and 10% fly ash are added to the concrete instead of cement, which can be used in the reinforcement of two slabs.The partial replacement of cement with ferrovanadium slag can not only improve the performance of cement-based materials, but also make use of industrial solid waste more efficiently, thus saving resources and protecting the environment.
