水電站智能化改造方案研究

【摘要】:我國智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)已全面啟動,對水電站的生產(chǎn)管理和自動化水平要求進一步提高,作為智能電網(wǎng)發(fā)電環(huán)節(jié)的重要組成部分,進行智能化水電站建設和改造,是配合國家智能電網(wǎng)建設戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的必然趨勢,對于提高整個水電行業(yè)的建設及運營水平具有重要意義。在此背景下,本文深入研究了IEC 61850系列標準、傳統(tǒng)水電站體系結(jié)構和設備分層以及智能變電站的建設實施經(jīng)驗,在此基礎上構建了三層二網(wǎng)結(jié)構的智能水電站模型。而后,以某抽水蓄能電站的智能化改造項目為依托,本文提出對該蓄能電站進行智能化改造的整體方案,包括設計方案、二次設備組盤方案和二次系統(tǒng)安全防護方案等。與變電站相比,水電站涉及的設備與系統(tǒng)更多更復雜,技術標準與規(guī)范還需完善,智能化建設遇到的問題技術難度更大,開展水電站智能化建設和改造將需要一個相當長的時期,需要不斷的研究、完善和提高。
[Abstract]:The development strategy of smart grid in China has been fully started, and the production management and automation level of hydropower stations are required to be further improved. As an important part of the power generation link of smart grid, intelligent hydropower stations are built and reformed.It is an inevitable trend to cooperate with the development of national smart grid construction strategy, and it is of great significance to improve the construction and operation level of the whole hydropower industry.Under this background, this paper deeply studies the IEC 61850 series standard, the traditional hydropower station system structure and the equipment stratification as well as the intelligent substation construction implementation experience, and constructs the intelligent hydropower station model of the three-layer two-grid structure on the basis of this.Then, based on the intelligent reconstruction project of a pumped-storage power station, this paper puts forward the whole scheme of intelligent transformation of the storage power station, including the design scheme, the secondary equipment panel scheme and the secondary system security protection scheme.Compared with substations, hydropower stations involve more and more complex equipment and systems, technical standards and specifications need to be improved, and the problems encountered in intelligent construction are more difficult.It will take a long time to carry out intelligent construction and reconstruction of hydropower station.
