混凝土水閘安全檢測(cè)與耐久性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:我國(guó)是世界上建有水閘最多的國(guó)家之一,目前已建有大中小型水閘五萬(wàn)多座。這些水閘在防洪排澇、供水灌溉等方面發(fā)揮重要作用。然而,我國(guó)的水閘大多建于解放初期,由于當(dāng)時(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)、施工技術(shù)較為落后,再加上水閘在使用過(guò)程中長(zhǎng)期受到水流沖刷、凍融侵蝕等自然因素和人為因素的作用。這些水閘出現(xiàn)了不同程度的破壞,其混凝土構(gòu)件病害較為嚴(yán)重,已嚴(yán)重影響到正常使用。 因此,對(duì)水閘結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)與耐久性評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究,建立一種科學(xué)合理的評(píng)價(jià)方法十分必要。本文對(duì)影響水閘混凝土構(gòu)件的主要因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析,建立了適用于河套灌區(qū)水閘系統(tǒng)的耐久性評(píng)價(jià)模型,從而為該地區(qū)開(kāi)展水工建筑物的檢測(cè)、加固工作等工作提供參考依據(jù)。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)為了使混凝土無(wú)損檢測(cè)技術(shù)能在水閘檢測(cè)中更好的應(yīng)用,本文依據(jù)《超聲回彈綜合法檢測(cè)混凝土強(qiáng)度技術(shù)規(guī)程》(CECS02:2005),建立了該地區(qū)專用測(cè)強(qiáng)曲線,并通過(guò)擬合得到回歸分析方程。 (2)以河套灌區(qū)長(zhǎng)濟(jì)渠第一節(jié)制閘的檢測(cè)為例,集中介紹了在檢測(cè)混凝土水閘過(guò)程中,各項(xiàng)檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。 (3)采用層次分析法和模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論相結(jié)合建立了一種混凝土水閘耐久性的評(píng)估模型,并將該模型運(yùn)用到長(zhǎng)濟(jì)渠第一節(jié)制閘耐久性評(píng)價(jià)中。 (4)采用人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)估法對(duì)長(zhǎng)濟(jì)渠第一節(jié)制閘進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。一方面介紹人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)估法的應(yīng)用,另一方面驗(yàn)證建立的模糊層次評(píng)估模型的合理性。
[Abstract]:China is one of the countries with the largest number of sluices in the world. At present, there are more than 50,000 large, medium and small sluices.These sluices play an important role in flood prevention and drainage, water supply and irrigation.However, most of the sluices in our country were built in the early period of liberation. Because of the design at that time, the construction technology was relatively backward, and the sluice was affected by natural and human factors such as water flow erosion and freeze-thaw erosion for a long time.These sluices are damaged to different degrees, and their concrete members are seriously damaged, which has seriously affected their normal use.Therefore, it is necessary to study the detection and durability evaluation of sluice structure and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation method.In this paper, the main factors affecting the concrete components of sluices are systematically analyzed, and the durability evaluation model suitable for the sluice system in Hetao Irrigation District is established, so as to carry out the inspection of hydraulic structures in this area.The reinforcement work provides the reference basis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Taking the first control gate of Changji Canal in Hetao Irrigation District as an example, this paper mainly introduces the application of various detection techniques in the process of detecting concrete sluice.3) an evaluation model of concrete sluice durability is established by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the fuzzy mathematics theory, and the model is applied to the durability evaluation of the first control sluice in Changji Canal.The artificial neural network evaluation method is used to evaluate the first control gate in Changji Canal.On the one hand, it introduces the application of artificial neural network evaluation method, on the other hand, it verifies the rationality of the fuzzy evaluation model.
